星形彈性聯軸器是以工程塑料作彈性元件,適用于聯接兩同軸線的傳動軸系,星形聯軸器具有補償兩軸相對偏移、緩沖、減震、耐磨性能,適應場合普遍,傳遞轉矩20-35000.N.M,工作溫度-35-+80攝氏度。星型聯軸器聚氨脂彈(dan)性體由(you)凸形爪塊限制。

The plum-shaped flexible coupling is composed of two semi-couplings with convex claws and a plum-shaped flexible non-metallic element whose hardness can be adjusted. By embedding the plum-shaped flexible element into the two semi-couplings to realize the connection, plum couplings has the characteristics of compensating the relative displacement of the two axes, reducing vibration and buffering, simple structure and easy maintenance without lubrication.

彈(dan)性(xing)輪胎(tai)(tai)聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)(qi)輪胎(tai)(tai)體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)是(shi)輪胎(tai)(tai)聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)(qi)必(bi)要的(de)備件之(zhi)一,相應的(de)分為(wei)UL、LA、LB輪胎(tai)(tai)體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)。輪胎(tai)(tai)式(shi)聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)(qi)分為(wei)凸型和凹型兩(liang)大類,凸型又分為(wei)帶(dai)骨(gu)架(jia)整體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)式(shi)、無骨(gu)整體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)式(shi)和徑(jing)向(xiang)切(qie)口式(shi)三種。輪胎(tai)(tai)環內側(ce)用硫化方(fang)法(fa)與(yu)鋼質(zhi)骨(gu)架(jia)粘接成(cheng)一體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti),骨(gu)架(jia)上的(de)螺栓孔處焊有螺母。裝(zhuang)配時(shi)用螺栓與(yu)兩(liang)半聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)(qi)的(de)凸緣連接,依靠擰緊螺栓使輪胎(tai)(tai)與(yu)凸緣端(duan)面之(zhi)間產(chan)生(sheng)的(de)摩擦力(li)來(lai)傳遞轉矩(ju),輪胎(tai)(tai)環工作時(shi)發生(sheng)扭(niu)轉剪切(qie)變形,故輪胎(tai)(tai)聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)(qi)具有很高的(de)彈(dan)性(xing),補償兩(liang)軸(zhou)相對位移的(de)能力(li)較大,并有良好的(de)阻尼,而且結構簡單、不需潤滑(hua)、裝(zhuang)拆和維(wei)護(hu)都比較方(fang)便(bian)。
輪胎式聯軸器缺(que)點是(shi)承載能(neng)力(li)(li)不(bu)高、外形(xing)尺寸(cun)較大,隨著兩(liang)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)相(xiang)(xiang)對扭轉角的(de)增加(jia)使輪胎(tai)外形(xing)扭歪,軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)向(xiang)(xiang)尺寸(cun)略有(you)減小,將(jiang)在(zai)兩(liang)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)上(shang)產生較大的(de)附加(jia)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)向(xiang)(xiang)力(li)(li),使軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)承負(fu)載加(jia)大而降低(di)壽命。輪胎(tai)聯軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器高速運轉時(shi),輪胎(tai)外緣由(you)于(yu)離心力(li)(li)的(de)作用而向(xiang)(xiang)外擴(kuo)張,將(jiang)進一步增大附加(jia)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)向(xiang)(xiang)力(li)(li)。為此,在(zai)安裝聯軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器時(shi)應(ying)采取措施(shi),使輪胎(tai)中的(de)應(ying)力(li)(li)方向(xiang)(xiang)與工作時(shi)產生的(de)應(ying)力(li)(li)方向(xiang)(xiang)相(xiang)(xiang)反,以抵(di)消部(bu)分附加(jia)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)向(xiang)(xiang)力(li)(li),達到改善(shan)聯軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器和兩(liang)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)承的(de)工和條件。
輪(lun)胎式聯軸(zhou)器由于(yu)種(zhong)種(zhong)原因使其質心(xin)或慣性(xing)主軸(zhou)與其加(jia)轉軸(zhou)線不(bu)(bu)重合,在運轉時(shi)將產生不(bu)(bu)平(ping)衡離心(xin)慣性(xing)力(li)、離心(xin)慣性(xing)力(li)偶和(he)動撓度(du)(振型(xing))的(de)現(xian)象,稱為轉子的(de)不(bu)(bu)平(ping)衡現(xian)象,這種(zhong)不(bu)(bu)平(ping)衡現(xian)象必然引起軸(zhou)系的(de)振動,從而影(ying)響機器的(de)正常工作和(he)使用壽命(ming),因而對其必須加(jia)以重視。
The tyre coupling adopts tyre body-shaped rubber elements, which are connected with two semi-couplings through bolts to realize torque transmission and displacement compensation.
