扭力限制器又名扭矩限制器、力矩限制器、BMOOM限制器等，其價格便宜、結構簡單、方便拆裝維護、過載后反應速度快、設定扭矩精確度高、使用壽命更長，配一個微型開關過載后能輸出電信號以方便報警或自動停掉電機。扭力聯軸器廣泛應(ying)用于電子裝(zhuang)備(bei)行業、自動化生產線、輸送機(ji)行業等。

扭矩聯軸器是聯接主動機與工作機的一種部件，主要功能為過載保護，力矩聯軸器是(shi)當(dang)超(chao)載或機(ji)械故障而導(dao)致所需扭矩超(chao)過設定值時，它(ta)以打(da)滑形(xing)式限制傳動(dong)系統所傳動(dong)的扭力，打(da)滑的同時也能一個信號輸出停(ting)掉電機(ji)和減(jian)速機(ji)，當(dang)過載情形(xing)消失后自行恢復聯(lian)結。

扭矩安全聯軸器螺帽或螺栓調整彈簧力，預設其滑動扭矩。按工作原理可分為摩擦式扭矩限制器和鋼球式扭矩限制器(滾珠式扭矩限制器)，安全離合器應用范圍:電子裝備(bei)行業、自動化生產線、輸(shu)送機行業等。

靠背輪聯軸器用(yong)來將不同機(ji)(ji)構(gou)中的主動軸和從動軸牢固(gu)地聯接起來一同旋轉，并傳遞(di)運(yun)動和扭矩的機(ji)(ji)械部(bu)件(jian)。有時也用(yong)以聯接軸與其他零件(jian)（如齒輪(lun)、帶輪(lun)等）。

靠背輪常由兩半(ban)合成，分別用鍵(jian)或緊配合等聯接，緊固在兩軸端，再通過(guo)某種方(fang)式(shi)將(jiang)兩半(ban)聯接起來。

靠背輪聯軸(zhou)器(qi)可兼有補(bu)償兩軸(zhou)之間由于(yu)制造(zao)安裝不精確、工(gong)作時的變形或熱膨脹(zhang)等原因所(suo)發生的偏(pian)(pian)移(yi)（包括軸(zhou)向偏(pian)(pian)移(yi)、徑向偏(pian)(pian)移(yi)、角偏(pian)(pian)移(yi)或綜合偏(pian)(pian)移(yi)）；以及緩和沖擊、吸振。

靠背(bei)輪為(wei)俗稱(cheng)，專業(ye)叫法為(wei)聯軸器(qi)以及法蘭，用于機械設備的連接。
