萬向聯軸器采用十字軸承聯接兩端聯接法蘭，可以傳遞完全不在同一軸線的扭矩，對角向的補償可達25?以上，采用花鍵聯接可以大距離地補償軸向位移。萬向軸承載(zai)能力高，傳動效率優異，在現代工業領(ling)域被廣泛采(cai)用。

SWP十字萬向(xiang)聯(lian)軸器(qi)(qi)采用(yong)剖分式(shi)叉頭布局，與SWC十字萬向(xiang)聯(lian)軸器(qi)(qi)使(shi)用(yong)的(de)場合相近，主要運用(yong)在重(zhong)載大型裝備領域，回(hui)轉直徑(jing)可達1200mm。

SWC十字萬(wan)向聯(lian)軸器(qi)采用整(zheng)體式叉頭布局(ju)，主要用于軋(ya)鋼機械，起重運輸(shu)機械等其他重型裝備領(ling)域，回轉直徑可(ke)到1600mm，扭矩傳遞距(ju)離可(ke)達30m以上，是(shi)運用相(xiang)當廣泛的萬(wan)向聯(lian)軸器(qi)。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接的機(ji)泵在安裝過程中(zhong)都不可(ke)避免地要(yao)進行(xing)(xing)同軸度的調(diao)整(zheng)，使(shi)對輪既同心又平行(xing)(xing)，否則將影(ying)響機(ji)泵使(shi)用(yong)效率或造成設備運行(xing)(xing)事故。

扭力限制器又名扭矩限制器、力矩限制器、BMOOM限制器等，其價格便宜、結構簡單、方便拆裝維護、過載后反應速度快、設定扭矩精確度高、使用壽命更長，配一個微型開關過載后能輸出電信號以方便報警或自動停掉電機。扭力聯軸器廣泛應用(yong)于(yu)電子裝備行(xing)業(ye)、自動化(hua)生產線、輸(shu)送機行(xing)業(ye)等。

扭矩聯軸器是聯接主動機與工作機的一種部件，主要功能為過載保護，力矩聯軸器是當(dang)超載(zai)或機(ji)械故障(zhang)而導致(zhi)所需扭矩超過設定值(zhi)時，它以打(da)滑(hua)形(xing)式限制(zhi)傳動系統所傳動的(de)扭力，打(da)滑(hua)的(de)同時也能(neng)一個(ge)信號輸出(chu)停掉電機(ji)和減速機(ji)，當(dang)過載(zai)情形(xing)消失(shi)后自行(xing)恢復聯(lian)結(jie)。

扭矩安全聯軸器螺帽或螺栓調整彈簧力，預設其滑動扭矩。按工作原理可分為摩擦式扭矩限制器和鋼球式扭矩限制器(滾珠式扭矩限制器)，安全離合器應(ying)用范圍:電(dian)子裝備行(xing)業(ye)、自(zi)動化生(sheng)產線、輸送(song)機行(xing)業(ye)等。

靠背輪聯軸器用來將不同(tong)機(ji)(ji)構中(zhong)的(de)(de)主動(dong)(dong)軸和從動(dong)(dong)軸牢固地聯接起(qi)來一同(tong)旋轉(zhuan)，并傳遞運動(dong)(dong)和扭矩的(de)(de)機(ji)(ji)械部件。有時也用以聯接軸與其他零(ling)件（如齒輪、帶(dai)輪等）。

靠(kao)背輪常由兩半合(he)成，分(fen)別用鍵或(huo)緊配合(he)等(deng)聯接，緊固在(zai)兩軸端(duan)，再通過(guo)某(mou)種方式將兩半聯接起來(lai)。

靠背輪聯軸器可兼有補償兩軸之(zhi)間由于制造安裝(zhuang)不精確(que)、工作(zuo)時的(de)變形(xing)或(huo)熱膨脹等原因(yin)所發生的(de)偏(pian)(pian)(pian)移（包括軸向(xiang)偏(pian)(pian)(pian)移、徑向(xiang)偏(pian)(pian)(pian)移、角(jiao)偏(pian)(pian)(pian)移或(huo)綜(zong)合偏(pian)(pian)(pian)移）；以及(ji)緩和沖擊(ji)、吸振。

靠(kao)背輪為俗稱，專業叫法為聯軸器(qi)以(yi)及(ji)法蘭，用于機(ji)械(xie)設備的連(lian)接。
