彈性膜片聯軸器在傳遞扭矩的同時通過彈性膜片的的變形來補償軸向和角向的位移,是一種高性能的金屬彈性撓性聯軸器。彈性聯軸器結(jie)構緊湊(cou),傳遞扭(niu)矩大,使用壽(shou)命長,免維護(hu),耐高(gao)溫(wen),耐酸(suan)堿防腐蝕(shi),適用于高(gao)溫(wen)高(gao)速及有腐蝕(shi)工況環境的軸(zhou)系傳動。

靠背輪聯軸器用(yong)(yong)來將(jiang)不同(tong)機(ji)構中的(de)主動(dong)軸(zhou)和從動(dong)軸(zhou)牢固(gu)地聯(lian)接起來一同(tong)旋轉,并傳遞運(yun)動(dong)和扭矩(ju)的(de)機(ji)械部(bu)件。有(you)時也用(yong)(yong)以聯(lian)接軸(zhou)與其他零(ling)件(如齒輪、帶輪等(deng))。
靠背輪常(chang)由兩(liang)半合成,分(fen)別用(yong)鍵或緊(jin)配合等聯接,緊(jin)固在兩(liang)軸端(duan),再(zai)通(tong)過某種方式將兩(liang)半聯接起來。
靠(kao)背輪聯軸器可兼(jian)有補償兩軸之(zhi)間由于制(zhi)造(zao)安裝不精確、工(gong)作時的變形或熱膨脹等原因所發生(sheng)的偏移(包括軸向(xiang)偏移、徑(jing)向(xiang)偏移、角偏移或綜合偏移);以(yi)及緩(huan)和(he)沖(chong)擊(ji)、吸(xi)振。
靠(kao)背輪為俗稱(cheng),專業叫(jiao)法為聯軸器(qi)以及法蘭,用(yong)于機械設備的連接。
