The plum-shaped flexible coupling is composed of two semi-couplings with convex claws and a plum-shaped flexible non-metallic element whose hardness can be adjusted. By embedding the plum-shaped flexible element into the two semi-couplings to realize the connection, plum couplings has the characteristics of compensating the relative displacement of the two axes, reducing vibration and buffering, simple structure and easy maintenance without lubrication.

彈性輪(lun)(lun)胎(tai)聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器輪(lun)(lun)胎(tai)體(ti)(ti)是輪(lun)(lun)胎(tai)聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器必(bi)要的(de)(de)備件之(zhi)一,相(xiang)應的(de)(de)分為(wei)UL、LA、LB輪(lun)(lun)胎(tai)體(ti)(ti)。輪(lun)(lun)胎(tai)式聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器分為(wei)凸(tu)(tu)型和(he)凹型兩大類,凸(tu)(tu)型又分為(wei)帶骨(gu)架(jia)整體(ti)(ti)式、無骨(gu)整體(ti)(ti)式和(he)徑向切口式三種。輪(lun)(lun)胎(tai)環(huan)(huan)內(nei)側用(yong)硫化方法與(yu)鋼(gang)質骨(gu)架(jia)粘接成一體(ti)(ti),骨(gu)架(jia)上(shang)的(de)(de)螺(luo)栓(shuan)孔處焊有螺(luo)母(mu)。裝配時(shi)用(yong)螺(luo)栓(shuan)與(yu)兩半聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器的(de)(de)凸(tu)(tu)緣連接,依靠擰緊螺(luo)栓(shuan)使輪(lun)(lun)胎(tai)與(yu)凸(tu)(tu)緣端面之(zhi)間產生的(de)(de)摩擦力(li)來傳(chuan)遞轉(zhuan)矩,輪(lun)(lun)胎(tai)環(huan)(huan)工作時(shi)發生扭轉(zhuan)剪切變形(xing),故輪(lun)(lun)胎(tai)聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器具(ju)有很高的(de)(de)彈性,補償兩軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)相(xiang)對位移的(de)(de)能力(li)較大,并(bing)有良好的(de)(de)阻尼(ni),而且結構簡單、不需潤滑、裝拆和(he)維護都比(bi)較方便。
輪胎式聯軸器缺點是承(cheng)載(zai)能力(li)不高、外(wai)形尺寸較大(da),隨(sui)著兩(liang)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)相對扭轉角的(de)增(zeng)加(jia)(jia)使輪胎外(wai)形扭歪(wai),軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)向(xiang)尺寸略有減小,將在(zai)兩(liang)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)上產(chan)生較大(da)的(de)附加(jia)(jia)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)向(xiang)力(li),使軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)負載(zai)加(jia)(jia)大(da)而降低壽命。輪胎聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)高速運轉時(shi),輪胎外(wai)緣由于離心(xin)力(li)的(de)作用而向(xiang)外(wai)擴張(zhang),將進一步增(zeng)大(da)附加(jia)(jia)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)向(xiang)力(li)。為此,在(zai)安裝聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)時(shi)應采(cai)取(qu)措(cuo)施,使輪胎中的(de)應力(li)方向(xiang)與工(gong)作時(shi)產(chan)生的(de)應力(li)方向(xiang)相反,以抵消部(bu)分(fen)附加(jia)(jia)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)向(xiang)力(li),達到改善聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)和兩(liang)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)的(de)工(gong)和條件(jian)。
輪(lun)胎式(shi)聯軸(zhou)器由于(yu)種種原(yuan)因使其質心或慣性主軸(zhou)與其加轉(zhuan)軸(zhou)線不重合,在(zai)運轉(zhuan)時(shi)將產生不平衡(heng)離心慣性力、離心慣性力偶和(he)動(dong)撓度(du)(振(zhen)型)的(de)(de)現(xian)象(xiang)(xiang),稱為(wei)轉(zhuan)子的(de)(de)不平衡(heng)現(xian)象(xiang)(xiang),這(zhe)種不平衡(heng)現(xian)象(xiang)(xiang)必然引起軸(zhou)系的(de)(de)振(zhen)動(dong),從而影響機器的(de)(de)正常工作和(he)使用壽命,因而對其必須加以重視。
The tyre coupling adopts tyre body-shaped rubber elements, which are connected with two semi-couplings through bolts to realize torque transmission and displacement compensation.
