梅花聯軸器由兩個帶凸爪形裝的半聯和一個硬度可以調整的梅花形彈性非金屬元件組成,利用梅花形彈性元件嵌入兩個半聯之間實現聯接,梅花彈性聯軸器具有補償兩軸(zhou)相對位移,減振緩沖,結(jie)構簡單,無需潤滑(hua)維護方便等特點。



星形彈性聯軸器是以工程塑料作彈性元件,適用于聯接兩同軸線的傳動軸系,星形聯軸器具有補償兩軸相對偏移、緩沖、減震、耐磨性能,適應場合普遍,傳遞轉矩20-35000.N.M,工作溫度-35-+80攝氏度。星型聯軸器聚氨脂(zhi)彈性體由(you)凸(tu)形爪(zhua)塊限制。

The plum-shaped flexible coupling is composed of two semi-couplings with convex claws and a plum-shaped flexible non-metallic element whose hardness can be adjusted. By embedding the plum-shaped flexible element into the two semi-couplings to realize the connection, plum couplings has the characteristics of compensating the relative displacement of the two axes, reducing vibration and buffering, simple structure and easy maintenance without lubrication.

彈性輪(lun)(lun)(lun)胎聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)胎體是輪(lun)(lun)(lun)胎聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)必(bi)要的(de)(de)(de)備件(jian)之一(yi),相應的(de)(de)(de)分為UL、LA、LB輪(lun)(lun)(lun)胎體。輪(lun)(lun)(lun)胎式聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)分為凸型和(he)凹型兩(liang)大(da)類(lei),凸型又分為帶骨(gu)架(jia)整體式、無骨(gu)整體式和(he)徑向切(qie)口式三種。輪(lun)(lun)(lun)胎環(huan)內側用(yong)硫化方法與鋼質骨(gu)架(jia)粘接(jie)成一(yi)體,骨(gu)架(jia)上的(de)(de)(de)螺栓(shuan)孔處焊有螺母。裝配時用(yong)螺栓(shuan)與兩(liang)半聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)的(de)(de)(de)凸緣連接(jie),依靠擰緊螺栓(shuan)使(shi)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)胎與凸緣端面(mian)之間產(chan)生的(de)(de)(de)摩擦力來傳遞轉矩,輪(lun)(lun)(lun)胎環(huan)工(gong)作時發(fa)生扭(niu)轉剪切(qie)變(bian)形,故輪(lun)(lun)(lun)胎聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)具有很高的(de)(de)(de)彈性,補(bu)償(chang)兩(liang)軸(zhou)相對位(wei)移的(de)(de)(de)能力較大(da),并有良好的(de)(de)(de)阻尼,而且結構簡單、不(bu)需(xu)潤(run)滑、裝拆和(he)維(wei)護都比較方便。
輪胎式聯軸器缺點(dian)是(shi)承載(zai)能力(li)(li)不高、外(wai)形(xing)尺寸較大(da),隨著(zhu)兩(liang)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)相(xiang)(xiang)對(dui)扭(niu)轉角的(de)增(zeng)加(jia)(jia)使(shi)輪(lun)胎(tai)(tai)外(wai)形(xing)扭(niu)歪,軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)向(xiang)(xiang)尺寸略有(you)減(jian)小,將在兩(liang)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)上產生較大(da)的(de)附(fu)加(jia)(jia)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)向(xiang)(xiang)力(li)(li),使(shi)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)承負載(zai)加(jia)(jia)大(da)而(er)降低壽(shou)命。輪(lun)胎(tai)(tai)聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器高速運轉時(shi),輪(lun)胎(tai)(tai)外(wai)緣由于離心力(li)(li)的(de)作(zuo)用而(er)向(xiang)(xiang)外(wai)擴張(zhang),將進一步增(zeng)大(da)附(fu)加(jia)(jia)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)向(xiang)(xiang)力(li)(li)。為此,在安裝聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器時(shi)應(ying)(ying)采取措施(shi),使(shi)輪(lun)胎(tai)(tai)中的(de)應(ying)(ying)力(li)(li)方向(xiang)(xiang)與工作(zuo)時(shi)產生的(de)應(ying)(ying)力(li)(li)方向(xiang)(xiang)相(xiang)(xiang)反,以抵消部(bu)分附(fu)加(jia)(jia)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)向(xiang)(xiang)力(li)(li),達(da)到改善聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器和(he)兩(liang)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)承的(de)工和(he)條件。
輪(lun)胎式聯(lian)軸(zhou)器由于種(zhong)種(zhong)原(yuan)因使其質心或慣(guan)(guan)性主軸(zhou)與其加轉軸(zhou)線不(bu)重合,在運轉時將產(chan)生不(bu)平(ping)衡離心慣(guan)(guan)性力(li)(li)、離心慣(guan)(guan)性力(li)(li)偶和(he)動撓(nao)度(振型(xing))的現象,稱(cheng)為轉子的不(bu)平(ping)衡現象,這種(zhong)不(bu)平(ping)衡現象必然引起(qi)軸(zhou)系的振動,從而(er)(er)影響(xiang)機器的正常工作和(he)使用壽(shou)命,因而(er)(er)對其必須加以重視(shi)。
