萬向聯軸器采用十字軸承聯接兩端聯接法蘭，可以傳遞完全不在同一軸線的扭矩，對角向的補償可達25?以上，采用花鍵聯接可以大距離地補償軸向位移。萬向軸承載能力高，傳動效率優異，在(zai)現代工業領域被廣泛采用。

SWP十(shi)字(zi)萬向聯(lian)(lian)軸器采用剖分式叉頭布(bu)局(ju)，與(yu)SWC十(shi)字(zi)萬向聯(lian)(lian)軸器使(shi)用的場合(he)相近，主要運用在(zai)重載大型裝備領(ling)域，回轉直徑(jing)可達1200mm。

SWC十字萬(wan)向聯軸器采用整體(ti)式叉頭布局(ju)，主要用于(yu)軋鋼機械，起重運(yun)輸機械等其他(ta)重型裝備領域，回轉直(zhi)徑(jing)可(ke)到(dao)1600mm，扭矩傳(chuan)遞距離可(ke)達30m以上，是運(yun)用相當廣泛的萬(wan)向聯軸器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接(jie)的機泵在(zai)安裝過程中都不可(ke)避免地要進行同軸度的調整(zheng)，使(shi)對輪(lun)既同心又(you)平行，否則將影(ying)響機泵使(shi)用效率(lv)或造成(cheng)設備運行事故。

風機聯軸器是(shi)電機(ji)與(yu)風機(ji)連(lian)(lian)接(jie)的(de)(de)聯軸(zhou)器。它可(ke)以將不同機(ji)構中的(de)(de)主動軸(zhou)和從動軸(zhou)牢牢地緊密連(lian)(lian)接(jie)在一起，以此達(da)到一同旋轉的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)，并(bing)傳遞運動機(ji)械(xie)零件(jian)(jian)，有時也用以聯接(jie)軸(zhou)與(yu)其他(ta)零件(jian)(jian)。

風(feng)機(ji)聯軸器具有(you)(you)減(jian)速、增速、變向和換向等動(dong)作以及緩(huan)和沖擊、吸(xi)振的作用。聯軸器可(ke)分為剛性(xing)聯軸器和撓性(xing)聯軸器兩大類。前者不具有(you)(you)緩(huan)沖性(xing)和補償兩軸線相(xiang)對位移的能力，但結構簡(jian)單，制造成本(ben)較低，裝拆、維護方便。

靠背輪聯軸器用來將不同機構中的主動軸(zhou)(zhou)和從動軸(zhou)(zhou)牢固(gu)地聯接起(qi)來一同旋轉，并傳遞運動和扭矩的機械部件。有時也用以聯接軸(zhou)(zhou)與其(qi)他零件（如齒輪(lun)、帶輪(lun)等）。

靠(kao)背輪常由(you)兩(liang)半合成(cheng)，分別用鍵或緊配合等聯接，緊固(gu)在兩(liang)軸(zhou)端，再通過某種方(fang)式將兩(liang)半聯接起(qi)來。

靠背輪聯軸(zhou)器可(ke)兼有補(bu)償兩軸(zhou)之間由(you)于制(zhi)造安裝不精確(que)、工作時的(de)變(bian)形或(huo)熱膨脹(zhang)等原(yuan)因所(suo)發(fa)生的(de)偏移(yi)(yi)（包括(kuo)軸(zhou)向偏移(yi)(yi)、徑向偏移(yi)(yi)、角偏移(yi)(yi)或(huo)綜合(he)偏移(yi)(yi)）；以及(ji)緩和沖擊(ji)、吸振。
