對輪聯軸器慣(guan)性(xing)主(zhu)軸(zhou)(zhou)線與旋轉(zhuan)軸(zhou)(zhou)線之(zhi)(zhi)間重(zhong)心位置偏心量的可能(neng)值(zhi)(zhi)是平方和(he)(he)方根值(zhi)(zhi)而(er)決定的,主(zhu)要由兩(liang)(liang)半(ban)聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器和(he)(he)聯(lian)(lian)接(jie)螺栓組成(cheng),對輪聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器軸(zhou)(zhou)套(tao)孔(kong)裝配前(qian),鏜削(xue)切割和(he)(he)鍵槽的修(xiu)整聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器端面和(he)(he)其它表面的加(jia)工等。半(ban)聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器的軸(zhou)(zhou)套(tao)孔(kong)有(you)圓錐(zhui)(zhui)孔(kong)和(he)(he)圓柱(zhu)孔(kong)兩(liang)(liang)種形(xing)式,圓錐(zhui)(zhui)孔(kong)比圓柱(zhu)孔(kong)在(zai)工藝(yi)特性(xing)上有(you)較多的特點,圓錐(zhui)(zhui)形(xing)軸(zhou)(zhou)套(tao)孔(kong)容易獲得相(xiang)配合部(bu)件(jian)之(zhi)(zhi)間的同心。


對(dui)輪(lun)聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)(qi)在工作(zuo)過程中,并(bing)(bing)且會帶來燃油消耗空氣污染等后果,由于承受咬(yao)入沖擊(ji)動(dong)載(zai)荷(he),使(shi)得聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)(qi)受到峰值轉矩,聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)(qi)承載(zai)能力下降,并(bing)(bing)在短時間內失效,從而直接影(ying)響(xiang)其正常工作(zuo),其中的較薄弱環節進行替換(huan)或維修是(shi)重要和(he)實用的。聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)(qi)兩軸(zhou)相對(dui)半徑變(bian)位要求較好(hao),找(zhao)耦合同心(xin)度為0.2~0.6mm,存在很大困難(nan)。如果在駕駛(shi)過程中螺栓松動(dong),泵裝置(zhi)的振動(dong)和(he)噪(zao)音可能會變(bian)大。
