萬向聯軸器采用十字軸承聯接兩端聯接法蘭，可以傳遞完全不在同一軸線的扭矩，對角向的補償可達25?以上，采用花鍵聯接可以大距離地補償軸向位移。萬向軸承(cheng)載能力高，傳(chuan)動效率優異，在現代工業領域被廣泛采用。

SWP十字(zi)萬向聯軸器(qi)采用(yong)剖分式叉頭(tou)布局，與(yu)SWC十字(zi)萬向聯軸器(qi)使用(yong)的場合相近，主要運用(yong)在(zai)重(zhong)載大型裝(zhuang)備領域，回轉直徑可達1200mm。

SWC十字萬向聯軸(zhou)器采用(yong)整(zheng)體式叉頭布(bu)局，主要用(yong)于軋鋼機械(xie)，起重運(yun)輸機械(xie)等其他(ta)重型裝備領域，回轉直徑可到1600mm，扭矩傳遞距(ju)離(li)可達30m以上，是運(yun)用(yong)相當(dang)廣(guang)泛的萬向聯軸(zhou)器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接的(de)(de)機泵在(zai)安裝過程中都不可避免地要進行同軸度的(de)(de)調(diao)整，使對輪(lun)既同心(xin)又平行，否(fou)則(ze)將(jiang)影(ying)響機泵使用效率或造(zao)成設備運行事故。

扭力限制器又名扭矩限制器、力矩限制器、BMOOM限制器等，其價格便宜、結構簡單、方便拆裝維護、過載后反應速度快、設定扭矩精確度高、使用壽命更長，配一個微型開關過載后能輸出電信號以方便報警或自動停掉電機。扭力聯軸器廣(guang)泛應用于電子裝備行業(ye)、自動化(hua)生產線(xian)、輸送機(ji)行業(ye)等。

扭矩聯軸器是聯接主動機與工作機的一種部件，主要功能為過載保護，力矩聯軸器是當超(chao)載或機械(xie)故(gu)障(zhang)而導致所需(xu)扭(niu)矩超(chao)過設定值時，它(ta)以打(da)滑形(xing)式限制傳(chuan)動系統所傳(chuan)動的扭(niu)力，打(da)滑的同時也能一(yi)個信號輸出(chu)停掉電機和減速機，當過載情(qing)形(xing)消失后自(zi)行恢(hui)復聯(lian)結(jie)。

扭矩安全聯軸器螺帽或螺栓調整彈簧力，預設其滑動扭矩。按工作原理可分為摩擦式扭矩限制器和鋼球式扭矩限制器(滾珠式扭矩限制器)，安全離合器應(ying)用(yong)范(fan)圍:電子(zi)裝(zhuang)備行業、自動化生(sheng)產線、輸送機行業等。

靠背輪聯軸器用來將不同機(ji)構中的主動軸(zhou)和(he)從動軸(zhou)牢固地聯接(jie)起來一(yi)同旋轉，并傳遞運動和(he)扭矩的機(ji)械部件。有時也(ye)用以聯接(jie)軸(zhou)與其他(ta)零件（如齒輪(lun)(lun)、帶(dai)輪(lun)(lun)等）。

靠背輪常由兩半合(he)成，分(fen)別用(yong)鍵(jian)或(huo)緊配合(he)等聯接(jie)，緊固(gu)在兩軸端，再通過(guo)某(mou)種方(fang)式將兩半聯接(jie)起來(lai)。

靠(kao)背輪聯軸器可兼有補償兩軸之間由于制(zhi)造安(an)裝不精(jing)確、工作(zuo)時(shi)的變(bian)形或熱膨脹等原因所(suo)發(fa)生的偏移(yi)（包(bao)括軸向偏移(yi)、徑向偏移(yi)、角偏移(yi)或綜合(he)偏移(yi)）；以及緩和(he)沖擊(ji)、吸振。

靠背輪為(wei)俗稱，專業叫法(fa)為(wei)聯軸器以及(ji)法(fa)蘭(lan)，用于(yu)機(ji)械設(she)備的連(lian)接。
