SWP十(shi)字(zi)(zi)萬(wan)向聯軸(zhou)器采(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)剖分式叉(cha)頭布局，與SWC十(shi)字(zi)(zi)萬(wan)向聯軸(zhou)器使用(yong)(yong)(yong)的場合相近，主要運用(yong)(yong)(yong)在重(zhong)載大(da)型(xing)裝備領域，回轉直(zhi)徑可達1200mm。

SWC十字萬向聯軸器采用整體(ti)式叉頭布局，主(zhu)要用于軋鋼機械(xie)，起(qi)重運(yun)(yun)輸機械(xie)等(deng)其他(ta)重型裝備領域，回轉直(zhi)徑可到1600mm，扭(niu)矩傳(chuan)遞(di)距離可達30m以上，是(shi)運(yun)(yun)用相當廣泛的萬向聯軸器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接(jie)的機泵在(zai)安裝過程(cheng)中(zhong)都(dou)不可(ke)避免(mian)地要進行(xing)同軸度的調整(zheng)，使對(dui)輪既同心又平(ping)行(xing)，否則將(jiang)影響機泵使用效率或(huo)造成設備運(yun)行(xing)事(shi)故(gu)。

風(feng)機聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器具有減(jian)速(su)、增速(su)、變向和(he)(he)換向等動作以及緩和(he)(he)沖(chong)擊、吸振的作用。聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器可(ke)分為剛性(xing)聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器和(he)(he)撓性(xing)聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器兩大類。前者不具有緩沖(chong)性(xing)和(he)(he)補償兩軸(zhou)(zhou)線相(xiang)對(dui)位移的能力，但結構(gou)簡單，制造(zao)成本(ben)較低，裝(zhuang)拆(chai)、維護方便。
