SWP十字萬(wan)(wan)向(xiang)聯(lian)軸器采用剖(pou)分(fen)式叉(cha)頭布(bu)局(ju)，與(yu)SWC十字萬(wan)(wan)向(xiang)聯(lian)軸器使用的場合(he)相近，主要(yao)運用在重載大型裝備領(ling)域(yu)，回轉直徑可達(da)1200mm。

SWC十字萬向聯軸器(qi)(qi)采用整體式叉(cha)頭(tou)布局，主要用于軋鋼機械，起(qi)重(zhong)運輸機械等其(qi)他重(zhong)型裝備領(ling)域，回轉(zhuan)直徑可到1600mm，扭矩傳(chuan)遞距離可達30m以上，是運用相當廣泛的萬向聯軸器(qi)(qi)。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接(jie)的機泵在安裝過程中都不(bu)可避免地要進行(xing)同軸度的調整，使(shi)(shi)對輪既同心又平行(xing)，否則將(jiang)影響機泵使(shi)(shi)用效率(lv)或造成(cheng)設備運行(xing)事(shi)故。

風機聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)具(ju)有減速、增速、變向和(he)換向等動作以及(ji)緩(huan)和(he)沖擊、吸振的作用。聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)可分為(wei)剛性(xing)聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)和(he)撓(nao)性(xing)聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)兩大(da)類。前者不具(ju)有緩(huan)沖性(xing)和(he)補償兩軸(zhou)(zhou)線相(xiang)對位(wei)移的能力，但結構簡單，制造成本較低(di)，裝拆、維護(hu)方便。

靠背輪聯軸器用(yong)來將不同機(ji)構中的主動(dong)(dong)軸和(he)(he)從(cong)動(dong)(dong)軸牢固地聯(lian)接(jie)起來一(yi)同旋轉，并傳遞運動(dong)(dong)和(he)(he)扭矩的機(ji)械部件。有(you)時也用(yong)以聯(lian)接(jie)軸與(yu)其他零件（如(ru)齒輪、帶輪等(deng)）。

靠背輪常由兩(liang)半合(he)成，分別用鍵或緊(jin)配合(he)等(deng)聯接(jie)(jie)，緊(jin)固(gu)在兩(liang)軸端，再通過某種方式將兩(liang)半聯接(jie)(jie)起來。

靠背輪聯軸(zhou)(zhou)器可兼(jian)有補償兩(liang)軸(zhou)(zhou)之(zhi)間由于制造安(an)裝不精確、工(gong)作(zuo)時的變形(xing)或熱膨脹等原因所發生的偏移(yi)（包括(kuo)軸(zhou)(zhou)向偏移(yi)、徑向偏移(yi)、角偏移(yi)或綜合偏移(yi)）；以及緩和(he)沖擊、吸振。
