萬向聯軸器采用十字軸承聯接兩端聯接法蘭，可以傳遞完全不在同一軸線的扭矩，對角向的補償可達25?以上，采用花鍵聯接可以大距離地補償軸向位移。萬向軸承(cheng)載(zai)能力高，傳動效(xiao)率優異，在現代工業領域被(bei)廣泛(fan)采用。

SWP十字萬向(xiang)(xiang)聯軸(zhou)器采用剖分式叉頭布(bu)局(ju)，與(yu)SWC十字萬向(xiang)(xiang)聯軸(zhou)器使用的場(chang)合相近，主要運(yun)用在重(zhong)載(zai)大型(xing)裝(zhuang)備領域，回轉(zhuan)直徑(jing)可(ke)達1200mm。

SWC十(shi)字(zi)萬向(xiang)聯軸器(qi)采用(yong)整(zheng)體式叉頭(tou)布局(ju)，主要用(yong)于軋鋼機械，起重(zhong)運輸機械等其他(ta)重(zhong)型裝備領域，回(hui)轉直徑(jing)可(ke)(ke)到1600mm，扭矩傳遞距離可(ke)(ke)達30m以上，是(shi)運用(yong)相當(dang)廣泛的萬向(xiang)聯軸器(qi)。

風機(ji)聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)(qi)(qi)具有(you)減速(su)、增速(su)、變向(xiang)和(he)換向(xiang)等動作以及緩(huan)(huan)和(he)沖(chong)擊、吸振(zhen)的作用。聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)(qi)(qi)可分為(wei)剛性(xing)聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)(qi)(qi)和(he)撓性(xing)聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)(qi)(qi)兩大類。前者不具有(you)緩(huan)(huan)沖(chong)性(xing)和(he)補償兩軸(zhou)線相(xiang)對位移的能力，但(dan)結構簡單，制造成本較低，裝拆、維護方便。

靠背輪聯軸器用(yong)來將不同機構(gou)中的(de)主動軸(zhou)和(he)從動軸(zhou)牢固(gu)地聯接起(qi)來一同旋(xuan)轉(zhuan)，并(bing)傳(chuan)遞運動和(he)扭矩的(de)機械(xie)部件。有時(shi)也用(yong)以聯接軸(zhou)與其他零件（如齒輪、帶輪等(deng)）。

靠背輪聯軸器(qi)可(ke)兼(jian)有補償兩軸之間(jian)由于制造安(an)裝不精確、工作(zuo)時的變形或(huo)熱(re)膨(peng)脹等(deng)原因所發生的偏移（包括軸向偏移、徑向偏移、角偏移或(huo)綜(zong)合偏移）；以及緩和沖擊、吸振。
