SWP十字萬(wan)(wan)向(xiang)聯(lian)軸(zhou)器采用(yong)剖分式叉頭布局，與SWC十字萬(wan)(wan)向(xiang)聯(lian)軸(zhou)器使用(yong)的(de)場合相近，主要(yao)運用(yong)在重載大型裝備領域，回轉直徑可達(da)1200mm。

SWC十字萬向聯(lian)軸器采用(yong)整體(ti)式(shi)叉頭(tou)布局，主要(yao)用(yong)于軋(ya)鋼機械，起重運輸機械等其他重型裝備領(ling)域，回轉直徑可(ke)到1600mm，扭矩(ju)傳遞(di)距離可(ke)達(da)30m以(yi)上，是運用(yong)相當廣泛的萬向聯(lian)軸器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接的機泵在(zai)安裝(zhuang)過程中都不(bu)可避免(mian)地要進行(xing)同軸度的調整，使對輪既同心又(you)平行(xing)，否則將(jiang)影響(xiang)機泵使用效(xiao)率或(huo)造(zao)成(cheng)設備運行(xing)事(shi)故。

風機聯軸器是電機(ji)與風機(ji)連(lian)接(jie)的(de)聯(lian)軸器。它可以將不同機(ji)構中的(de)主(zhu)動軸和從動軸牢牢地緊密連(lian)接(jie)在一起，以此(ci)達到一同旋(xuan)轉的(de)目的(de)，并傳遞運動機(ji)械(xie)零(ling)件，有時(shi)也用以聯(lian)接(jie)軸與其他(ta)零(ling)件。

風機聯(lian)軸器(qi)具有減速(su)、增速(su)、變向和(he)換向等動作(zuo)以及緩(huan)和(he)沖(chong)擊、吸振(zhen)的作(zuo)用(yong)。聯(lian)軸器(qi)可分為(wei)剛性聯(lian)軸器(qi)和(he)撓性聯(lian)軸器(qi)兩大類(lei)。前者不具有緩(huan)沖(chong)性和(he)補償(chang)兩軸線相對(dui)位移的能力(li)，但結構簡(jian)單(dan)，制造(zao)成本較低，裝拆、維護方(fang)便。

靠背輪聯軸器用(yong)來將不同(tong)機構中的(de)主動軸(zhou)和(he)從動軸(zhou)牢固地聯(lian)接起來一同(tong)旋轉，并傳遞(di)運動和(he)扭矩的(de)機械部件(jian)。有時也用(yong)以(yi)聯(lian)接軸(zhou)與其(qi)他零件(jian)（如齒輪(lun)、帶輪(lun)等）。

靠背輪(lun)常由(you)兩半(ban)合成，分別用鍵或緊(jin)配合等聯接，緊(jin)固在兩軸(zhou)端，再(zai)通(tong)過某種方式將兩半(ban)聯接起來。

靠背輪(lun)聯軸器(qi)可兼有補償兩軸之間由(you)于(yu)制造安裝不精確、工作時的(de)變形或(huo)(huo)熱(re)膨脹等原因所發生(sheng)的(de)偏(pian)移(yi)（包括軸向(xiang)偏(pian)移(yi)、徑向(xiang)偏(pian)移(yi)、角偏(pian)移(yi)或(huo)(huo)綜合偏(pian)移(yi)）；以及緩和(he)沖擊、吸振。
