SWP十字萬向聯軸器(qi)采用剖分式叉頭布局，與SWC十字萬向聯軸器(qi)使用的場合相近，主要運(yun)用在重(zhong)載(zai)大型裝備領域，回轉直(zhi)徑可達1200mm。

SWC十字萬向(xiang)聯軸(zhou)器采用(yong)整(zheng)體式叉(cha)頭布局，主要用(yong)于軋鋼機械，起(qi)重運輸機械等其他重型(xing)裝備(bei)領域，回轉直徑可到1600mm，扭(niu)矩傳遞距離可達30m以(yi)上(shang)，是運用(yong)相(xiang)當廣泛的萬向(xiang)聯軸(zhou)器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接(jie)的(de)機(ji)泵在安裝過程(cheng)中都不(bu)可避免地要進行同軸度的(de)調整，使對輪既同心(xin)又平(ping)行，否則將影響(xiang)機(ji)泵使用效(xiao)率(lv)或造成設備運行事故。

靠背輪聯軸器用來將不同(tong)機構中的主動(dong)軸和(he)從動(dong)軸牢固(gu)地聯接起來一同(tong)旋(xuan)轉(zhuan)，并傳(chuan)遞運(yun)動(dong)和(he)扭(niu)矩的機械部件。有(you)時也用以聯接軸與其他零件（如(ru)齒輪、帶輪等）。

靠(kao)背輪常(chang)由(you)兩(liang)半(ban)合(he)成，分別用鍵或緊配合(he)等聯(lian)接，緊固(gu)在兩(liang)軸端，再通過(guo)某種方式(shi)將兩(liang)半(ban)聯(lian)接起來。
