SWP十字萬(wan)向聯(lian)(lian)軸器采用剖分式(shi)叉(cha)頭(tou)布局(ju)，與(yu)SWC十字萬(wan)向聯(lian)(lian)軸器使用的(de)場合相近，主要(yao)運(yun)用在重載大(da)型裝備領域(yu)，回轉直徑可達1200mm。

SWC十(shi)字萬向聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)采用(yong)整(zheng)體式叉頭布局，主(zhu)要用(yong)于(yu)軋鋼機械，起重運輸機械等其他(ta)重型裝備領域，回轉直(zhi)徑可到1600mm，扭矩傳(chuan)遞距離可達30m以上，是運用(yong)相(xiang)當廣泛的(de)萬向聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接的機泵(beng)在安裝過程中(zhong)都不可避免(mian)地要進行(xing)同軸度的調整，使對輪(lun)既(ji)同心又平行(xing)，否則(ze)將影響機泵(beng)使用效率或(huo)造成設備運行(xing)事故。

風機聯軸器是(shi)電機(ji)與風(feng)機(ji)連接的(de)聯軸(zhou)器(qi)。它可以將不(bu)同(tong)機(ji)構中的(de)主(zhu)動(dong)軸(zhou)和從動(dong)軸(zhou)牢牢地緊密連接在一起(qi)，以此(ci)達(da)到(dao)一同(tong)旋轉的(de)目的(de)，并傳(chuan)遞運動(dong)機(ji)械零(ling)件，有時也用(yong)以聯接軸(zhou)與其他(ta)零(ling)件。

風(feng)機(ji)聯(lian)(lian)軸器(qi)具有減速、增(zeng)速、變向和換向等動(dong)作以及緩和沖擊(ji)、吸振的作用。聯(lian)(lian)軸器(qi)可分為剛性聯(lian)(lian)軸器(qi)和撓(nao)性聯(lian)(lian)軸器(qi)兩大(da)類(lei)。前者不具有緩沖性和補償(chang)兩軸線(xian)相對位(wei)移的能(neng)力(li)，但結構簡單(dan)，制造成本較低，裝(zhuang)拆、維護方便。

靠背輪聯軸器用來將不(bu)同機構中的主動軸(zhou)和從動軸(zhou)牢固地聯接起來一同旋轉，并傳(chuan)遞運動和扭矩的機械部件。有時也用以(yi)聯接軸(zhou)與其(qi)他零件（如(ru)齒輪、帶(dai)輪等）。

靠背輪常(chang)由兩(liang)半合成，分別用鍵或緊配(pei)合等聯接，緊固(gu)在(zai)兩(liang)軸(zhou)端，再通過某(mou)種方式將兩(liang)半聯接起(qi)來(lai)。

靠背輪(lun)聯軸器可兼有補(bu)償兩軸之間(jian)由于制造(zao)安裝不精確(que)、工作時的(de)變形或(huo)熱(re)膨脹等原(yuan)因所(suo)發(fa)生的(de)偏(pian)移(yi)（包(bao)括軸向(xiang)偏(pian)移(yi)、徑向(xiang)偏(pian)移(yi)、角偏(pian)移(yi)或(huo)綜(zong)合偏(pian)移(yi)）；以及緩和沖擊、吸振。
