SWP十字萬向聯軸(zhou)器采用(yong)剖分式(shi)叉頭(tou)布局，與SWC十字萬向聯軸(zhou)器使用(yong)的場合相近，主(zhu)要(yao)運用(yong)在重(zhong)載(zai)大型裝備領域，回(hui)轉直徑可達1200mm。

SWC十字萬向聯軸(zhou)器(qi)采用(yong)整(zheng)體式叉頭布局，主(zhu)要用(yong)于軋鋼機械(xie)，起重(zhong)運(yun)輸機械(xie)等其他重(zhong)型(xing)裝備領域，回轉直徑可(ke)到1600mm，扭矩(ju)傳遞距離可(ke)達30m以上(shang)，是運(yun)用(yong)相當廣(guang)泛的(de)萬向聯軸(zhou)器(qi)。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接(jie)的機泵(beng)在安裝過程(cheng)中都不(bu)可避免地(di)要(yao)進行(xing)同軸度的調整，使(shi)對(dui)輪既同心又平行(xing)，否則將(jiang)影響機泵(beng)使(shi)用(yong)效率(lv)或造成設備運行(xing)事故。

靠背輪聯軸器用來將(jiang)不同機(ji)構中的(de)(de)主動軸和從動軸牢固地聯接起來一(yi)同旋轉，并傳(chuan)遞運(yun)動和扭矩(ju)的(de)(de)機(ji)械(xie)部件。有時也用以聯接軸與其他零件（如(ru)齒輪(lun)、帶輪(lun)等）。

靠背輪常由兩(liang)半合成，分(fen)別用鍵或(huo)緊配合等聯(lian)接，緊固在兩(liang)軸端，再(zai)通過某種方式(shi)將兩(liang)半聯(lian)接起來。
