萬向聯軸器采用十字軸承聯接兩端聯接法蘭，可以傳遞完全不在同一軸線的扭矩，對角向的補償可達25?以上，采用花鍵聯接可以大距離地補償軸向位移。萬向軸承(cheng)載(zai)能力高，傳動效(xiao)率優異，在現代工業領域被(bei)廣(guang)泛采用。

SWP十字萬向(xiang)聯軸(zhou)器采用剖分式叉頭(tou)布(bu)局，與SWC十字萬向(xiang)聯軸(zhou)器使用的場合相近，主要(yao)運用在重載大(da)型裝備領域，回轉直徑可達(da)1200mm。

SWC十字萬(wan)(wan)向(xiang)聯軸器采用(yong)整體式叉頭布局，主要用(yong)于軋鋼(gang)機械，起重運輸機械等其他重型裝備(bei)領域(yu)，回轉直徑可(ke)到(dao)1600mm，扭矩傳遞距離(li)可(ke)達30m以上(shang)，是運用(yong)相當(dang)廣泛的萬(wan)(wan)向(xiang)聯軸器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接的機泵(beng)在安(an)裝過程中都不可避免(mian)地要進(jin)行(xing)(xing)同軸(zhou)度的調(diao)整，使對(dui)輪既同心又平行(xing)(xing)，否則將影響機泵(beng)使用(yong)效率(lv)或造成設備運行(xing)(xing)事故。

扭力限制器又名扭矩限制器、力矩限制器、BMOOM限制器等，其價格便宜、結構簡單、方便拆裝維護、過載后反應速度快、設定扭矩精確度高、使用壽命更長，配一個微型開關過載后能輸出電信號以方便報警或自動停掉電機。扭力聯軸器廣泛(fan)應用于電子裝備行業、自動化生產線、輸送機行業等。

扭矩聯軸器是聯接主動機與工作機的一種部件，主要功能為過載保護，力矩聯軸器是當(dang)超載(zai)或機(ji)械故障(zhang)而導致(zhi)所需(xu)扭矩超過設(she)定(ding)值時(shi)，它(ta)以打(da)(da)滑(hua)(hua)形(xing)(xing)式限制傳動系統所傳動的(de)扭力(li)，打(da)(da)滑(hua)(hua)的(de)同時(shi)也能一個信號輸出停掉電(dian)機(ji)和減速機(ji)，當(dang)過載(zai)情形(xing)(xing)消失(shi)后自(zi)行恢復聯結。

扭矩安全聯軸器螺帽或螺栓調整彈簧力，預設其滑動扭矩。按工作原理可分為摩擦式扭矩限制器和鋼球式扭矩限制器(滾珠式扭矩限制器)，安全離合器應用范圍:電(dian)子裝備(bei)行業、自(zi)動(dong)化生產線、輸送機行業等。

靠背輪聯軸器用來(lai)將不同(tong)機構中的主動(dong)軸(zhou)和(he)從(cong)動(dong)軸(zhou)牢固(gu)地聯接(jie)起來(lai)一同(tong)旋(xuan)轉，并傳(chuan)遞運(yun)動(dong)和(he)扭矩的機械部(bu)件。有時也用以聯接(jie)軸(zhou)與其他零件（如齒(chi)輪(lun)、帶輪(lun)等）。

靠背輪常由兩半合成，分(fen)別用鍵或(huo)緊配合等聯(lian)接(jie)，緊固(gu)在(zai)兩軸端，再(zai)通過某種(zhong)方式(shi)將兩半聯(lian)接(jie)起來。

靠(kao)背輪聯(lian)軸器可(ke)兼有補償兩軸之間(jian)由于(yu)制造安裝(zhuang)不精(jing)確、工作(zuo)時(shi)的(de)變(bian)形或熱膨(peng)脹等原因(yin)所發(fa)生的(de)偏移（包(bao)括軸向偏移、徑向偏移、角偏移或綜合偏移）；以及(ji)緩和沖擊、吸振。

靠背(bei)輪為俗稱，專(zhuan)業(ye)叫法為聯軸(zhou)器以及法蘭(lan)，用于(yu)機械設備的連接。
