The plum-shaped flexible coupling is composed of two semi-couplings with convex claws and a plum-shaped flexible non-metallic element whose hardness can be adjusted. By embedding the plum-shaped flexible element into the two semi-couplings to realize the connection, plum couplings has the characteristics of compensating the relative displacement of the two axes, reducing vibration and buffering, simple structure and easy maintenance without lubrication.

輪胎聯軸器采用輪胎(tai)體狀橡(xiang)膠(jiao)元件(jian),與兩個半聯經過螺栓聯接,實(shi)現扭矩傳遞和位移(yi)補(bu)償。橡(xiang)膠(jiao)輪胎(tai)聯軸(zhou)器(qi)具(ju)有較高的彈性(xing)性(xing)能(neng)(neng),扭轉剛度小,減(jian)震能(neng)(neng)力(li)強(qiang),軸(zhou)向(xiang)補(bu)償能(neng)(neng)力(li)較大,有良好的阻尼(ni)性(xing)能(neng)(neng)。
彈性輪(lun)胎(tai)(tai)(tai)聯軸器(qi)輪(lun)胎(tai)(tai)(tai)體是(shi)輪(lun)胎(tai)(tai)(tai)聯軸器(qi)必(bi)要(yao)的(de)備件之(zhi)(zhi)一,相(xiang)(xiang)應的(de)分為UL、LA、LB輪(lun)胎(tai)(tai)(tai)體。輪(lun)胎(tai)(tai)(tai)式聯軸器(qi)分為凸型和凹型兩(liang)大類,凸型又分為帶骨架整體式、無(wu)骨整體式和徑向切(qie)口式三種。輪(lun)胎(tai)(tai)(tai)環內側用硫(liu)化方(fang)法與(yu)鋼質(zhi)骨架粘(zhan)接成(cheng)一體,骨架上的(de)螺栓(shuan)孔處焊(han)有(you)螺母。裝配時用螺栓(shuan)與(yu)兩(liang)半(ban)聯軸器(qi)的(de)凸緣(yuan)連接,依靠擰(ning)緊螺栓(shuan)使輪(lun)胎(tai)(tai)(tai)與(yu)凸緣(yuan)端面之(zhi)(zhi)間產生的(de)摩擦力(li)來傳遞轉矩,輪(lun)胎(tai)(tai)(tai)環工作時發(fa)生扭轉剪切(qie)變(bian)形,故(gu)輪(lun)胎(tai)(tai)(tai)聯軸器(qi)具(ju)有(you)很高的(de)彈性,補償兩(liang)軸相(xiang)(xiang)對(dui)位(wei)移(yi)的(de)能力(li)較(jiao)大,并有(you)良好的(de)阻尼,而且結(jie)構簡(jian)單(dan)、不需潤滑、裝拆和維護(hu)都比(bi)較(jiao)方(fang)便(bian)。
輪胎式聯軸器缺點是(shi)承載能力不高(gao)、外形(xing)尺寸較大(da)(da),隨著兩(liang)軸(zhou)相對扭轉角的(de)(de)增加使輪(lun)胎(tai)外形(xing)扭歪,軸(zhou)向(xiang)(xiang)尺寸略有(you)減(jian)小,將在兩(liang)軸(zhou)上產(chan)生(sheng)(sheng)較大(da)(da)的(de)(de)附加軸(zhou)向(xiang)(xiang)力,使軸(zhou)承負(fu)載加大(da)(da)而降低(di)壽命。輪(lun)胎(tai)聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)高(gao)速運轉時(shi),輪(lun)胎(tai)外緣由于離心力的(de)(de)作用而向(xiang)(xiang)外擴張,將進(jin)一步增大(da)(da)附加軸(zhou)向(xiang)(xiang)力。為此,在安(an)裝聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)時(shi)應采取措施,使輪(lun)胎(tai)中的(de)(de)應力方(fang)(fang)向(xiang)(xiang)與工(gong)作時(shi)產(chan)生(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)應力方(fang)(fang)向(xiang)(xiang)相反,以抵消部分附加軸(zhou)向(xiang)(xiang)力,達到改善聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)和兩(liang)軸(zhou)承的(de)(de)工(gong)和條件。
輪胎式聯軸器由(you)于種種原因使其(qi)質心或慣(guan)性主軸與其(qi)加(jia)轉軸線(xian)不(bu)重(zhong)合,在運轉時將產生不(bu)平衡離心慣(guan)性力、離心慣(guan)性力偶和動(dong)撓度(振型)的現象(xiang),稱為轉子的不(bu)平衡現象(xiang),這種不(bu)平衡現象(xiang)必然(ran)引起軸系的振動(dong),從而(er)影響機器的正常(chang)工(gong)作和使用壽(shou)命,因而(er)對其(qi)必須加(jia)以重(zhong)視。
