卷(juan)筒聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)由帶鼓形齒(chi)的外(wai)齒(chi)軸(zhou)套(tao)、帶聯(lian)接法蘭和內齒(chi)圈(quan)的外(wai)套(tao)、帶外(wai)球面的承載(zai)環(huan)、端蓋和密(mi)封圈(quan)等(deng)組成,并設有定(ding)位磨(mo)損指(zhi)針(zhen)、潤滑油孔和通(tong)氣(qi)孔等(deng)。
外(wai)齒(chi)軸套(tao)和(he)外(wai)套(tao)構(gou)成的鼓形(xing)齒(chi)式聯(lian)軸器傳遞驅(qu)動功率, 而由承(cheng)(cheng)載環的外(wai)球面和(he)外(wai)套(tao)的內(nei)承(cheng)(cheng)載面形(xing)成的接(jie)觸副構(gou)成自動調位的球面軸承(cheng)(cheng),承(cheng)(cheng)受徑(jing)向載荷。聯(lian)軸器的內(nei)、外(wai)齒(chi)嚙合在(zai)油浴(yu)中工作,通過內(nei)外(wai)端蓋、密封圈防止(zhi)潤滑脂泄漏。
