SWP十(shi)字(zi)萬(wan)向聯(lian)軸器采用剖分式叉頭布局，與SWC十(shi)字(zi)萬(wan)向聯(lian)軸器使用的場合相(xiang)近(jin)，主要運用在(zai)重載(zai)大型裝備領域，回轉直(zhi)徑可達(da)1200mm。

SWC十字萬向(xiang)聯(lian)軸器(qi)采用整(zheng)體(ti)式叉頭布局，主要用于軋鋼機(ji)械，起重(zhong)運輸機(ji)械等其他(ta)重(zhong)型裝備領域，回轉直徑可到1600mm，扭矩(ju)傳遞距離(li)可達(da)30m以上，是運用相當(dang)廣泛的萬向(xiang)聯(lian)軸器(qi)。

扭矩聯軸器是聯接主動機與工作機的一種部件，主要功能為過載保護，力矩聯軸器是當(dang)超(chao)載(zai)或機械故(gu)障而導(dao)致所(suo)需(xu)扭矩超(chao)過(guo)設定值時(shi)，它以打(da)滑形(xing)式限(xian)制傳(chuan)動系(xi)統所(suo)傳(chuan)動的扭力，打(da)滑的同時(shi)也能一個信號輸出停掉電機和減速機，當(dang)過(guo)載(zai)情形(xing)消失后自行恢復聯結。
