SWP十(shi)字萬向聯(lian)軸器(qi)采用剖分(fen)式叉頭(tou)布局，與SWC十(shi)字萬向聯(lian)軸器(qi)使用的場合相近，主要運(yun)用在重載大(da)型裝備領(ling)域(yu)，回轉(zhuan)直徑可達1200mm。

SWC十字萬向聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)采用(yong)整體式叉(cha)頭布局(ju)，主要用(yong)于軋鋼機(ji)械，起重(zhong)運(yun)輸(shu)機(ji)械等(deng)其他重(zhong)型裝備領域(yu)，回轉直徑可到(dao)1600mm，扭矩傳遞距離(li)可達30m以上，是運(yun)用(yong)相當廣泛的萬向聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接的機(ji)泵在安裝過程中都不(bu)可避免地要進(jin)行(xing)同軸度的調整，使(shi)(shi)對輪(lun)既同心又平行(xing)，否(fou)則(ze)將影響機(ji)泵使(shi)(shi)用效率或(huo)造成設備運行(xing)事故。
