SWP十(shi)字萬向(xiang)聯軸器采(cai)用(yong)(yong)剖分式叉頭布局，與SWC十(shi)字萬向(xiang)聯軸器使(shi)用(yong)(yong)的場(chang)合相近(jin)，主要運用(yong)(yong)在重載大型(xing)裝(zhuang)備領域(yu)，回轉直徑可達1200mm。

SWC十字萬向聯(lian)軸器(qi)(qi)采用整體式叉頭布局，主要(yao)用于(yu)軋鋼機械，起重(zhong)運輸機械等其(qi)他重(zhong)型(xing)裝備領域(yu)，回轉直徑可(ke)到1600mm，扭(niu)矩(ju)傳遞距(ju)離可(ke)達30m以上，是運用相(xiang)當(dang)廣(guang)泛的萬向聯(lian)軸器(qi)(qi)。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接(jie)的(de)機泵在安裝過程中都(dou)不(bu)可避免(mian)地要進行(xing)同軸度的(de)調整，使對輪既(ji)同心又平行(xing)，否則將影響(xiang)機泵使用效率或(huo)造成設備運行(xing)事故。

靠背輪聯軸器用來(lai)將不同機(ji)構中(zhong)的主動軸和(he)(he)從(cong)動軸牢固地聯接(jie)(jie)起來(lai)一(yi)同旋轉，并(bing)傳(chuan)遞運動和(he)(he)扭(niu)矩的機(ji)械部件(jian)。有時(shi)也(ye)用以(yi)聯接(jie)(jie)軸與其他零件(jian)（如齒輪、帶輪等）。

靠(kao)背輪(lun)常(chang)由兩(liang)半合成(cheng)，分別(bie)用鍵或緊配合等(deng)聯(lian)接(jie)(jie)，緊固在兩(liang)軸端(duan)，再通過某種(zhong)方(fang)式將(jiang)兩(liang)半聯(lian)接(jie)(jie)起(qi)來。

靠(kao)背輪聯軸器可(ke)兼有補償兩軸之間由于制造安裝不(bu)精(jing)確、工作時的變形(xing)或(huo)熱膨脹等原因所發(fa)生(sheng)的偏(pian)移（包括軸向偏(pian)移、徑向偏(pian)移、角(jiao)偏(pian)移或(huo)綜(zong)合(he)偏(pian)移）；以及緩和沖(chong)擊、吸(xi)振。
