Rokee's RL series steel laminae coupling is a high-quality product developed independently on basis of combination of advanced products from Europe and Japan, etc. It has smaller size, larger torque of the same model, more reasonable proportioning size, large compensation scope, light weight and small rotational inertia. 萬向聯軸器采用十字軸承聯接兩端聯接法蘭，可以傳遞完全不在同一軸線的扭矩，對角向的補償可達25?以上，采用花鍵聯接可以大距離地補償軸向位移。萬向軸承載能(neng)力高，傳(chuan)動效率優異(yi)，在現(xian)代工(gong)業(ye)領域被廣(guang)泛采用。

SWP十字(zi)萬向(xiang)聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)采用剖(pou)分(fen)式(shi)叉頭(tou)布局，與SWC十字(zi)萬向(xiang)聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)使用的場合(he)相近，主要運用在重載大型裝(zhuang)備領域，回轉直(zhi)徑可達1200mm。

SWC十(shi)字萬(wan)向聯軸(zhou)器采(cai)用整體式(shi)叉頭(tou)布局，主要用于軋鋼機械，起重運(yun)輸(shu)機械等其他(ta)重型裝備(bei)領(ling)域，回轉直徑(jing)可(ke)(ke)到(dao)1600mm，扭(niu)矩(ju)傳遞距離(li)可(ke)(ke)達(da)30m以上(shang)，是(shi)運(yun)用相當廣泛的萬(wan)向聯軸(zhou)器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接(jie)的機泵(beng)在(zai)安裝過程(cheng)中都不可避免地要(yao)進行(xing)同軸度(du)的調整，使(shi)對輪既(ji)同心又平行(xing)，否則將影響(xiang)機泵(beng)使(shi)用(yong)效(xiao)率或(huo)造成設(she)備運行(xing)事故(gu)。

靠背輪聯軸器用(yong)來(lai)(lai)將(jiang)不同(tong)機構中的主動(dong)軸(zhou)和從動(dong)軸(zhou)牢固地聯(lian)接起來(lai)(lai)一同(tong)旋轉，并傳遞運(yun)動(dong)和扭矩的機械(xie)部件(jian)。有時也用(yong)以聯(lian)接軸(zhou)與其(qi)他零(ling)件(jian)（如齒輪、帶(dai)輪等）。

靠背輪常由兩(liang)(liang)半合成(cheng)，分別用鍵或緊配合等(deng)聯(lian)接，緊固在兩(liang)(liang)軸端，再(zai)通(tong)過某種方式將兩(liang)(liang)半聯(lian)接起來(lai)。

靠背輪聯軸器(qi)可兼有補償兩軸之間由(you)于制造安裝不精確、工作時的(de)變形或(huo)熱膨脹等(deng)原因所發生的(de)偏移(yi)(yi)（包括(kuo)軸向偏移(yi)(yi)、徑向偏移(yi)(yi)、角(jiao)偏移(yi)(yi)或(huo)綜合偏移(yi)(yi)）；以及緩和沖擊、吸振。
