萬向聯軸器采用十字軸承聯接兩端聯接法蘭，可以傳遞完全不在同一軸線的扭矩，對角向的補償可達25?以上，采用花鍵聯接可以大距離地補償軸向位移。萬向軸承(cheng)載能力高，傳動效率優異，在現代工業領域被廣泛采用。

SWP十字(zi)萬向聯(lian)軸器(qi)采用剖(pou)分式叉頭布局，與SWC十字(zi)萬向聯(lian)軸器(qi)使用的(de)場合(he)相近(jin)，主要運用在重載大(da)型(xing)裝備(bei)領域，回轉直徑可(ke)達1200mm。

SWC十字萬向聯(lian)軸器采用整體式(shi)叉頭布(bu)局，主要用于軋(ya)鋼(gang)機械，起重運(yun)輸機械等(deng)其他重型裝備領域，回(hui)轉直徑(jing)可到1600mm，扭矩傳遞距離可達30m以上，是運(yun)用相當廣泛的萬向聯(lian)軸器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接(jie)的機泵(beng)在安裝過(guo)程中都不可避免地(di)要進行同軸(zhou)度的調整(zheng)，使對輪(lun)既同心又平行，否則將影響機泵(beng)使用效(xiao)率或(huo)造成(cheng)設(she)備(bei)運行事故。
