SWC十字萬向聯(lian)軸器采用整體式叉頭布(bu)局(ju)，主要用于軋鋼機械，起重運輸機械等其他(ta)重型裝備領域(yu)，回轉直徑可到1600mm，扭矩傳遞(di)距離(li)可達30m以上，是運用相當(dang)廣泛的萬向聯(lian)軸器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接的機泵(beng)在安(an)裝過(guo)程中都不可(ke)避免地要進行同軸(zhou)度的調整，使對輪既同心又平行，否(fou)則將影(ying)響機泵(beng)使用效率或造成設(she)備(bei)運行事故。
