SWC十字(zi)萬向聯軸(zhou)器(qi)采(cai)用(yong)整體式叉頭布局，主要用(yong)于軋鋼(gang)機械(xie)，起重(zhong)運輸機械(xie)等其他重(zhong)型裝備領域，回轉(zhuan)直徑可(ke)到(dao)1600mm，扭矩傳遞距離可(ke)達(da)30m以上，是運用(yong)相當廣泛(fan)的萬向聯軸(zhou)器(qi)。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接的機泵在安裝(zhuang)過程中都不(bu)可避免(mian)地要進行(xing)同(tong)軸度(du)的調整，使對輪(lun)既同(tong)心又(you)平行(xing)，否(fou)則將影響機泵使用效率或造成設備運行(xing)事故。
