SWP十字萬向聯軸(zhou)(zhou)器采用(yong)剖分式叉頭布局，與SWC十字萬向聯軸(zhou)(zhou)器使用(yong)的場合相近(jin)，主要(yao)運用(yong)在重載(zai)大型裝備領域，回轉直徑(jing)可(ke)達1200mm。

SWC十字萬向聯軸器采用整體式叉頭(tou)布局，主要用于軋鋼機(ji)械(xie)，起重運輸機(ji)械(xie)等其他(ta)重型裝備領域(yu)，回(hui)轉直徑可(ke)(ke)到1600mm，扭矩傳(chuan)遞距離(li)可(ke)(ke)達30m以上，是運用相當廣泛的萬向聯軸器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯(lian)接的機(ji)泵在安(an)裝過程中都不可避(bi)免地要進(jin)行同軸(zhou)度的調整，使對輪既(ji)同心又(you)平行，否(fou)則將(jiang)影響機(ji)泵使用效(xiao)率或(huo)造成設備運行事故。

靠背輪聯軸器用(yong)來將不同(tong)機構中的(de)主動(dong)軸(zhou)和從動(dong)軸(zhou)牢固地聯接起來一同(tong)旋轉，并(bing)傳遞運動(dong)和扭(niu)矩的(de)機械部件。有時也用(yong)以聯接軸(zhou)與其他零(ling)件（如(ru)齒輪、帶輪等）。
