萬向聯軸器采用十字軸承聯接兩端聯接法蘭，可以傳遞完全不在同一軸線的扭矩，對角向的補償可達25?以上，采用花鍵聯接可以大距離地補償軸向位移。萬向軸承(cheng)載能力高，傳動效率優異，在現(xian)代(dai)工業領域被廣(guang)泛采用。

SWP十字萬(wan)向聯軸器(qi)采用剖分式叉頭(tou)布局(ju)，與(yu)SWC十字萬(wan)向聯軸器(qi)使用的場合(he)相近，主要(yao)運用在重載(zai)大型裝備領(ling)域，回轉直徑可達1200mm。

SWC十字萬向聯軸(zhou)(zhou)器采用整(zheng)體式(shi)叉頭布局(ju)，主(zhu)要用于軋鋼機械，起重(zhong)運輸(shu)機械等(deng)其(qi)他(ta)重(zhong)型裝(zhuang)備領域，回(hui)轉直徑可(ke)到1600mm，扭(niu)矩傳遞距離可(ke)達30m以上，是運用相當廣泛的萬向聯軸(zhou)(zhou)器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接的機泵在安裝過(guo)程中都不(bu)可避免地要(yao)進行(xing)同(tong)軸度的調(diao)整(zheng)，使(shi)對輪既(ji)同(tong)心又(you)平(ping)行(xing)，否則將影(ying)響機泵使(shi)用效(xiao)率或(huo)造(zao)成設備運行(xing)事故。

靠背輪聯軸器用(yong)來(lai)將不同機構(gou)中的主動(dong)(dong)軸和(he)從(cong)動(dong)(dong)軸牢(lao)固地聯(lian)接(jie)起來(lai)一同旋轉(zhuan)，并(bing)傳(chuan)遞運(yun)動(dong)(dong)和(he)扭矩的機械(xie)部件(jian)。有時也用(yong)以聯(lian)接(jie)軸與其他零件(jian)（如齒輪(lun)、帶輪(lun)等）。

靠背輪(lun)常由兩半合成，分別用鍵(jian)或緊配合等聯(lian)接，緊固在(zai)兩軸(zhou)端，再(zai)通過某種(zhong)方式將兩半聯(lian)接起來。
