SWC十字萬向聯軸器采用(yong)整體式叉頭布局，主要用(yong)于軋鋼機械，起(qi)重(zhong)運輸(shu)機械等其(qi)他重(zhong)型(xing)裝備領(ling)域，回(hui)轉直徑可(ke)到1600mm，扭(niu)矩(ju)傳遞距離可(ke)達30m以(yi)上(shang)，是運用(yong)相當廣泛的萬向聯軸器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接的機(ji)泵(beng)在安裝過程中都(dou)不(bu)可避免地要進(jin)行同軸度的調整，使對輪(lun)既同心又平行，否則將影(ying)響機(ji)泵(beng)使用效(xiao)率或造(zao)成(cheng)設備運行事故。

風機聯(lian)軸(zhou)器具有減速、增(zeng)速、變向(xiang)(xiang)和(he)(he)(he)換向(xiang)(xiang)等(deng)動(dong)作(zuo)以及緩和(he)(he)(he)沖擊、吸振的作(zuo)用。聯(lian)軸(zhou)器可分(fen)為(wei)剛(gang)性聯(lian)軸(zhou)器和(he)(he)(he)撓性聯(lian)軸(zhou)器兩大類。前者不具有緩沖性和(he)(he)(he)補(bu)償(chang)兩軸(zhou)線相對位移的能力(li)，但(dan)結構簡(jian)單(dan)，制造成本較低(di)，裝拆(chai)、維護方便。
