伺服電(dian)機聯(lian)軸器，因(yin)其使用場合(he)的精密(mi)(mi)性(xing)，必須(xu)具備特殊的性(xing)能：零間(jian)隙：聯(lian)軸器整體在傳(chuan)動(dong)(dong)過程中不(bu)允(yun)許有間(jian)隙，包括正向間(jian)隙以及回程間(jian)隙；高剛(gang)性(xing)：即(ji)不(bu)允(yun)許出現(xian)傳(chuan)動(dong)(dong)的遲滯(zhi)性(xing)，否則(ze)將嚴重影響伺服馬達傳(chuan)動(dong)(dong)的精度；低慣量：在保證傳(chuan)動(dong)(dong)強度的基礎(chu)之(zhi)上，應盡可能降低伺服馬達聯(lian)軸器的重量；柔性(xing)：精密(mi)(mi)的伺服聯(lian)軸器，不(bu)僅(jin)要求剛(gang)性(xing)高，同時需要吸(xi)收安裝(zhuang)過程中產生的軸與軸之(zhi)間(jian)的偏(pian)差；其他性(xing)能：耐熱性(xing)、動(dong)(dong)平衡性(xing)等。

風機聯軸器是電機與(yu)風機連接(jie)的(de)聯軸(zhou)器(qi)。它可以(yi)將不同(tong)機構中的(de)主動(dong)軸(zhou)和從(cong)動(dong)軸(zhou)牢牢地(di)緊密連接(jie)在一起，以(yi)此達(da)到一同(tong)旋轉的(de)目的(de)，并傳遞運動(dong)機械零件(jian)，有(you)時也用(yong)以(yi)聯接(jie)軸(zhou)與(yu)其(qi)他零件(jian)。
