SWP十(shi)字(zi)萬(wan)向聯(lian)軸器采用(yong)剖分式叉(cha)頭(tou)布局(ju),與SWC十(shi)字(zi)萬(wan)向聯(lian)軸器使用(yong)的場合相近,主要運用(yong)在重(zhong)載大(da)型裝(zhuang)備領域,回轉直徑可達1200mm。
SWC十字萬(wan)向聯軸器采用整體(ti)式叉頭布局(ju),主要用于軋(ya)鋼機(ji)械,起重(zhong)運輸(shu)機(ji)械等其他重(zhong)型裝備領(ling)域,回轉直徑可到1600mm,扭(niu)矩傳遞(di)距離可達30m以上,是運用相當(dang)廣泛的萬(wan)向聯軸器。
萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移,傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯(lian)接的(de)機泵(beng)在安裝過程中都不可(ke)避免地要進行(xing)同軸度的(de)調整,使對(dui)輪(lun)既(ji)同心又(you)平行(xing),否則將(jiang)影響機泵(beng)使用效(xiao)率(lv)或(huo)造成設備運行(xing)事故。
