
輪胎聯軸器采用輪(lun)胎(tai)體狀橡(xiang)膠(jiao)元件(jian),與兩個半聯經(jing)過螺(luo)栓聯接,實現扭矩傳(chuan)遞和位移補(bu)償(chang)。橡(xiang)膠(jiao)輪(lun)胎(tai)聯軸器具有較(jiao)(jiao)高(gao)的彈性(xing)性(xing)能(neng),扭轉剛度小,減震能(neng)力強,軸向補(bu)償(chang)能(neng)力較(jiao)(jiao)大,有良好的阻尼性(xing)能(neng)。
彈(dan)性(xing)輪(lun)(lun)胎(tai)(tai)(tai)聯軸器(qi)輪(lun)(lun)胎(tai)(tai)(tai)體是輪(lun)(lun)胎(tai)(tai)(tai)聯軸器(qi)必要的備件之(zhi)(zhi)一,相(xiang)應的分為(wei)(wei)UL、LA、LB輪(lun)(lun)胎(tai)(tai)(tai)體。輪(lun)(lun)胎(tai)(tai)(tai)式(shi)(shi)聯軸器(qi)分為(wei)(wei)凸型和(he)凹型兩大類(lei),凸型又分為(wei)(wei)帶(dai)骨(gu)(gu)(gu)架(jia)(jia)整(zheng)體式(shi)(shi)、無骨(gu)(gu)(gu)整(zheng)體式(shi)(shi)和(he)徑向切(qie)口(kou)式(shi)(shi)三種。輪(lun)(lun)胎(tai)(tai)(tai)環(huan)(huan)內側(ce)用硫化方法與鋼質(zhi)骨(gu)(gu)(gu)架(jia)(jia)粘接成(cheng)一體,骨(gu)(gu)(gu)架(jia)(jia)上的螺(luo)(luo)(luo)栓孔處焊(han)有(you)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)母。裝配時用螺(luo)(luo)(luo)栓與兩半(ban)聯軸器(qi)的凸緣(yuan)連(lian)接,依靠擰緊螺(luo)(luo)(luo)栓使輪(lun)(lun)胎(tai)(tai)(tai)與凸緣(yuan)端面之(zhi)(zhi)間(jian)產生的摩(mo)擦力來(lai)傳遞轉矩,輪(lun)(lun)胎(tai)(tai)(tai)環(huan)(huan)工作時發(fa)生扭(niu)轉剪切(qie)變(bian)形(xing),故輪(lun)(lun)胎(tai)(tai)(tai)聯軸器(qi)具有(you)很高的彈(dan)性(xing),補償(chang)兩軸相(xiang)對位移的能力較大,并有(you)良(liang)好的阻(zu)尼,而且結(jie)構簡單、不需潤滑、裝拆和(he)維護都(dou)比較方便。
輪胎式聯軸器缺點是承(cheng)載能力(li)(li)不高、外形尺(chi)寸(cun)較大(da),隨著兩(liang)軸(zhou)相對(dui)扭轉角(jiao)的(de)增加(jia)使(shi)輪胎外形扭歪,軸(zhou)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)尺(chi)寸(cun)略有減(jian)小,將在兩(liang)軸(zhou)上(shang)產(chan)生(sheng)較大(da)的(de)附加(jia)軸(zhou)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)力(li)(li),使(shi)軸(zhou)承(cheng)負載加(jia)大(da)而降低壽命。輪胎聯(lian)軸(zhou)器高速運轉時(shi),輪胎外緣由于離心力(li)(li)的(de)作(zuo)用而向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)外擴張,將進一步增大(da)附加(jia)軸(zhou)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)力(li)(li)。為此,在安裝聯(lian)軸(zhou)器時(shi)應(ying)(ying)采(cai)取(qu)措施,使(shi)輪胎中的(de)應(ying)(ying)力(li)(li)方向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)與工(gong)作(zuo)時(shi)產(chan)生(sheng)的(de)應(ying)(ying)力(li)(li)方向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)相反(fan),以抵消部分附加(jia)軸(zhou)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)力(li)(li),達到改(gai)善聯(lian)軸(zhou)器和(he)兩(liang)軸(zhou)承(cheng)的(de)工(gong)和(he)條件。
輪胎式聯軸器由(you)于種種原因使其質心或慣性主軸與其加(jia)轉軸線(xian)不(bu)重(zhong)(zhong)合,在運轉時(shi)將產生不(bu)平(ping)(ping)衡(heng)離心慣性力(li)(li)、離心慣性力(li)(li)偶和(he)動撓度(du)(振(zhen)型)的(de)現(xian)象(xiang),稱為轉子的(de)不(bu)平(ping)(ping)衡(heng)現(xian)象(xiang),這種不(bu)平(ping)(ping)衡(heng)現(xian)象(xiang)必然引起軸系的(de)振(zhen)動,從(cong)而影(ying)響機器的(de)正常工作和(he)使用壽命,因而對其必須(xu)加(jia)以重(zhong)(zhong)視。
The tyre coupling adopts tyre body-shaped rubber elements, which are connected with two semi-couplings through bolts to realize torque transmission and displacement compensation.
