SWP十字(zi)萬(wan)向(xiang)聯軸器采用(yong)剖分式(shi)叉頭布(bu)局，與(yu)SWC十字(zi)萬(wan)向(xiang)聯軸器使用(yong)的場合相近，主要運用(yong)在重載大型裝備領域，回(hui)轉直徑可達1200mm。

SWC十(shi)字萬向聯軸器采用(yong)(yong)整體(ti)式(shi)叉頭布局，主要用(yong)(yong)于軋鋼機械，起重運輸(shu)機械等(deng)其他重型裝備領域，回轉直(zhi)徑可到1600mm，扭矩傳遞距離可達30m以上，是運用(yong)(yong)相當廣(guang)泛的(de)萬向聯軸器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯(lian)接(jie)的機泵(beng)在安裝過程中都不(bu)可避免地(di)要進(jin)行(xing)同(tong)軸度的調整，使(shi)對輪既(ji)同(tong)心又平(ping)行(xing)，否則將影響機泵(beng)使(shi)用效率或造成設備運行(xing)事故。

風機聯軸器是電機(ji)(ji)與(yu)(yu)風(feng)機(ji)(ji)連(lian)接的聯(lian)軸器。它可以將不同機(ji)(ji)構中的主動軸和從動軸牢牢地緊密連(lian)接在一(yi)起，以此達(da)到一(yi)同旋轉的目的，并傳遞運動機(ji)(ji)械(xie)零件，有時也用以聯(lian)接軸與(yu)(yu)其他零件。

風機聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)具(ju)有減速、增(zeng)速、變(bian)向和換向等(deng)動作以及緩和沖擊、吸振的作用。聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)可分為剛性(xing)聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)和撓性(xing)聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)兩大類。前(qian)者不具(ju)有緩沖性(xing)和補償(chang)兩軸(zhou)(zhou)線(xian)相對位移的能(neng)力，但結構簡單，制造成本較低(di)，裝拆、維護方便。

靠背輪聯軸器用來將(jiang)不(bu)同機(ji)構(gou)中的(de)主動軸(zhou)和從動軸(zhou)牢固(gu)地聯接起來一同旋轉，并傳(chuan)遞運動和扭矩(ju)的(de)機(ji)械部件(jian)。有(you)時也(ye)用以聯接軸(zhou)與其(qi)他零(ling)件(jian)（如齒輪、帶輪等）。

靠(kao)背輪常由兩半合成(cheng)，分別用(yong)鍵或緊配合等聯接，緊固在兩軸端，再通過某種方式將兩半聯接起來(lai)。
