梅花聯軸器由兩個帶凸爪形裝的半聯和一個硬度可以調整的梅花形彈性非金屬元件組成,利用梅花形彈性元件嵌入兩個半聯之間實現聯接,梅花彈性聯軸器具有補償兩軸相對位移,減振緩沖(chong),結(jie)構(gou)簡單(dan),無需潤滑維護方便等特點。



星形彈性聯軸器是以工程塑料作彈性元件,適用于聯接兩同軸線的傳動軸系,星形聯軸器具有補償兩軸相對偏移、緩沖、減震、耐磨性能,適應場合普遍,傳遞轉矩20-35000.N.M,工作溫度-35-+80攝氏度。星型聯軸器聚氨脂(zhi)彈性體由凸(tu)形爪(zhua)塊限制。

The plum-shaped flexible coupling is composed of two semi-couplings with convex claws and a plum-shaped flexible non-metallic element whose hardness can be adjusted. By embedding the plum-shaped flexible element into the two semi-couplings to realize the connection, plum couplings has the characteristics of compensating the relative displacement of the two axes, reducing vibration and buffering, simple structure and easy maintenance without lubrication.

輪胎聯軸器采用輪(lun)胎體(ti)狀橡膠元件(jian),與兩個半(ban)聯(lian)經過螺栓聯(lian)接,實現扭矩(ju)傳遞和位(wei)移補償(chang)。橡膠輪(lun)胎聯(lian)軸器具(ju)有較(jiao)高的彈(dan)性性能(neng),扭轉(zhuan)剛度(du)小,減震能(neng)力強,軸向補償(chang)能(neng)力較(jiao)大,有良好的阻尼(ni)性能(neng)。
彈性(xing)輪(lun)(lun)胎聯軸器輪(lun)(lun)胎體(ti)是輪(lun)(lun)胎聯軸器必要的(de)(de)備(bei)件之一(yi)(yi),相應的(de)(de)分為(wei)(wei)UL、LA、LB輪(lun)(lun)胎體(ti)。輪(lun)(lun)胎式聯軸器分為(wei)(wei)凸(tu)(tu)型和(he)凹(ao)型兩(liang)大類(lei),凸(tu)(tu)型又分為(wei)(wei)帶(dai)骨架整體(ti)式、無骨整體(ti)式和(he)徑向(xiang)切(qie)口式三種(zhong)。輪(lun)(lun)胎環(huan)內側用硫化方法與(yu)鋼質骨架粘接成一(yi)(yi)體(ti),骨架上的(de)(de)螺(luo)(luo)栓孔處焊有(you)螺(luo)(luo)母(mu)。裝(zhuang)配(pei)時(shi)用螺(luo)(luo)栓與(yu)兩(liang)半聯軸器的(de)(de)凸(tu)(tu)緣連接,依靠擰緊螺(luo)(luo)栓使輪(lun)(lun)胎與(yu)凸(tu)(tu)緣端面之間(jian)產生(sheng)的(de)(de)摩擦力來傳遞轉矩,輪(lun)(lun)胎環(huan)工作時(shi)發生(sheng)扭(niu)轉剪切(qie)變(bian)形,故輪(lun)(lun)胎聯軸器具有(you)很高的(de)(de)彈性(xing),補償兩(liang)軸相對(dui)位移的(de)(de)能力較大,并有(you)良好的(de)(de)阻尼,而且結(jie)構簡(jian)單、不需潤滑、裝(zhuang)拆和(he)維護都比較方便。
輪胎式聯軸器缺點是(shi)承載能力(li)不高、外形尺寸較(jiao)大,隨著(zhu)兩軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)相對扭(niu)轉(zhuan)角的(de)增(zeng)(zeng)加使輪胎(tai)外形扭(niu)歪,軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)向(xiang)尺寸略(lve)有減小(xiao),將在兩軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)上(shang)產生較(jiao)大的(de)附(fu)加軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)向(xiang)力(li),使軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)承負(fu)載加大而降低(di)壽(shou)命。輪胎(tai)聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器高速運轉(zhuan)時(shi),輪胎(tai)外緣由于離(li)心力(li)的(de)作(zuo)用而向(xiang)外擴張,將進一步增(zeng)(zeng)大附(fu)加軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)向(xiang)力(li)。為此,在安裝聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器時(shi)應(ying)采(cai)取(qu)措(cuo)施(shi),使輪胎(tai)中(zhong)的(de)應(ying)力(li)方(fang)向(xiang)與工(gong)作(zuo)時(shi)產生的(de)應(ying)力(li)方(fang)向(xiang)相反,以(yi)抵消部分附(fu)加軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)向(xiang)力(li),達到改善聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器和兩軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)承的(de)工(gong)和條件。
輪胎式聯軸器由于種(zhong)(zhong)種(zhong)(zhong)原因使其(qi)質心(xin)或慣性主軸與其(qi)加轉(zhuan)軸線不重合(he),在運轉(zhuan)時將產(chan)生不平(ping)(ping)衡(heng)離心(xin)慣性力、離心(xin)慣性力偶和(he)動撓度(振型)的(de)現象,稱為(wei)轉(zhuan)子的(de)不平(ping)(ping)衡(heng)現象,這種(zhong)(zhong)不平(ping)(ping)衡(heng)現象必然引起軸系的(de)振動,從而影響機器的(de)正常工作和(he)使用壽命(ming),因而對(dui)其(qi)必須加以重視(shi)。
