The plum-shaped flexible coupling is composed of two semi-couplings with convex claws and a plum-shaped flexible non-metallic element whose hardness can be adjusted. By embedding the plum-shaped flexible element into the two semi-couplings to realize the connection, plum couplings has the characteristics of compensating the relative displacement of the two axes, reducing vibration and buffering, simple structure and easy maintenance without lubrication.

彈性(xing)輪(lun)胎(tai)(tai)聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)輪(lun)胎(tai)(tai)體是(shi)輪(lun)胎(tai)(tai)聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)必(bi)要的(de)備件(jian)之(zhi)一,相應的(de)分為UL、LA、LB輪(lun)胎(tai)(tai)體。輪(lun)胎(tai)(tai)式(shi)聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)分為凸型(xing)和(he)凹型(xing)兩(liang)大類,凸型(xing)又(you)分為帶骨(gu)架整體式(shi)、無骨(gu)整體式(shi)和(he)徑(jing)向切口式(shi)三種。輪(lun)胎(tai)(tai)環(huan)內(nei)側(ce)用(yong)硫化方(fang)法與(yu)鋼質骨(gu)架粘接成一體,骨(gu)架上的(de)螺(luo)栓孔處(chu)焊有(you)螺(luo)母。裝(zhuang)配(pei)時(shi)用(yong)螺(luo)栓與(yu)兩(liang)半聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)的(de)凸緣(yuan)連接,依靠擰緊螺(luo)栓使輪(lun)胎(tai)(tai)與(yu)凸緣(yuan)端面(mian)之(zhi)間產生的(de)摩(mo)擦力(li)來傳(chuan)遞(di)轉矩,輪(lun)胎(tai)(tai)環(huan)工作時(shi)發生扭轉剪切變形(xing),故輪(lun)胎(tai)(tai)聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)具有(you)很高的(de)彈性(xing),補償兩(liang)軸(zhou)(zhou)相對位移的(de)能(neng)力(li)較(jiao)(jiao)大,并有(you)良好的(de)阻(zu)尼,而且結(jie)構簡單、不需(xu)潤(run)滑、裝(zhuang)拆和(he)維護都比較(jiao)(jiao)方(fang)便。
輪胎式聯軸器缺點是承(cheng)(cheng)載(zai)能力(li)不高(gao)、外形尺寸較大(da),隨著兩軸(zhou)(zhou)相對扭轉(zhuan)角(jiao)的(de)(de)增(zeng)加(jia)使(shi)輪(lun)胎(tai)外形扭歪,軸(zhou)(zhou)向(xiang)尺寸略有減小,將(jiang)在(zai)兩軸(zhou)(zhou)上產生較大(da)的(de)(de)附(fu)加(jia)軸(zhou)(zhou)向(xiang)力(li),使(shi)軸(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)負(fu)載(zai)加(jia)大(da)而降低壽(shou)命。輪(lun)胎(tai)聯軸(zhou)(zhou)器高(gao)速運轉(zhuan)時,輪(lun)胎(tai)外緣由于離心(xin)力(li)的(de)(de)作(zuo)(zuo)用(yong)而向(xiang)外擴張,將(jiang)進(jin)一(yi)步增(zeng)大(da)附(fu)加(jia)軸(zhou)(zhou)向(xiang)力(li)。為此,在(zai)安裝(zhuang)聯軸(zhou)(zhou)器時應采(cai)取措施,使(shi)輪(lun)胎(tai)中的(de)(de)應力(li)方(fang)向(xiang)與工作(zuo)(zuo)時產生的(de)(de)應力(li)方(fang)向(xiang)相反(fan),以抵消部分(fen)附(fu)加(jia)軸(zhou)(zhou)向(xiang)力(li),達到(dao)改善(shan)聯軸(zhou)(zhou)器和(he)兩軸(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)的(de)(de)工和(he)條件(jian)。
輪(lun)胎式(shi)聯軸(zhou)器(qi)(qi)由(you)于種種原因使其(qi)質心(xin)或慣(guan)性主(zhu)軸(zhou)與其(qi)加轉軸(zhou)線不(bu)(bu)(bu)重(zhong)合,在運轉時(shi)將(jiang)產生不(bu)(bu)(bu)平(ping)(ping)衡(heng)離(li)心(xin)慣(guan)性力、離(li)心(xin)慣(guan)性力偶和動撓(nao)度(du)(振型)的(de)現(xian)象,稱為(wei)轉子的(de)不(bu)(bu)(bu)平(ping)(ping)衡(heng)現(xian)象,這種不(bu)(bu)(bu)平(ping)(ping)衡(heng)現(xian)象必(bi)然(ran)引起軸(zhou)系的(de)振動,從而影響機器(qi)(qi)的(de)正(zheng)常工作和使用壽命,因而對其(qi)必(bi)須加以重(zhong)視。
The tyre coupling adopts tyre body-shaped rubber elements, which are connected with two semi-couplings through bolts to realize torque transmission and displacement compensation.
