SWP十字(zi)(zi)萬向聯軸(zhou)器采用(yong)剖分式叉頭(tou)布局，與SWC十字(zi)(zi)萬向聯軸(zhou)器使用(yong)的場合相(xiang)近，主要運用(yong)在重載大型裝備領(ling)域，回轉直徑可達1200mm。

SWC十字萬(wan)向(xiang)聯(lian)軸器采用整體(ti)式叉頭布(bu)局(ju)，主要用于(yu)軋鋼機械，起重運輸機械等其(qi)他重型裝(zhuang)備領域，回轉直徑可到1600mm，扭矩(ju)傳遞距離可達(da)30m以(yi)上，是運用相當廣泛(fan)的萬(wan)向(xiang)聯(lian)軸器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接的(de)機泵(beng)在安裝過程中都不可避(bi)免地要進行(xing)同軸度的(de)調整，使對輪既同心(xin)又平(ping)行(xing)，否則將影(ying)響機泵(beng)使用效率(lv)或造(zao)成設備運行(xing)事(shi)故。

靠背輪聯軸器用來將不同(tong)機構中的(de)主動軸和從(cong)動軸牢固地聯接(jie)起來一同(tong)旋(xuan)轉，并傳遞運動和扭矩(ju)的(de)機械部件。有時也用以聯接(jie)軸與其(qi)他零件（如(ru)齒輪、帶輪等）。
