梅花聯軸器由兩個帶凸爪形裝的半聯和一個硬度可以調整的梅花形彈性非金屬元件組成，利用梅花形彈性元件嵌入兩個半聯之間實現聯接，梅花彈性聯軸器具(ju)有補(bu)償兩軸相對位移，減振緩沖，結(jie)構簡單，無需潤滑(hua)維護方便等特點。

星形彈性聯軸器是以工程塑料作彈性元件，適用于聯接兩同軸線的傳動軸系，星形聯軸器具有補償兩軸相對偏移、緩沖、減震、耐磨性能，適應場合普遍，傳遞轉矩20-35000.N.M,工作溫度-35-+80攝氏度。星型聯軸器聚氨脂彈性體由(you)凸形(xing)爪塊限制。

The plum-shaped flexible coupling is composed of two semi-couplings with convex claws and a plum-shaped flexible non-metallic element whose hardness can be adjusted. By embedding the plum-shaped flexible element into the two semi-couplings to realize the connection, plum couplings has the characteristics of compensating the relative displacement of the two axes, reducing vibration and buffering, simple structure and easy maintenance without lubrication.

靠背輪聯軸器用來將(jiang)不同(tong)機構中的(de)主動軸和(he)從(cong)動軸牢固地聯(lian)接起來一(yi)同(tong)旋轉，并傳遞運動和(he)扭(niu)矩(ju)的(de)機械(xie)部件。有時(shi)也用以聯(lian)接軸與其他(ta)零件（如(ru)齒輪(lun)、帶輪(lun)等）。

靠背輪常(chang)由兩半合(he)成(cheng)，分(fen)別用鍵或緊(jin)(jin)配合(he)等聯接(jie)，緊(jin)(jin)固在兩軸端，再通過某(mou)種(zhong)方式將(jiang)兩半聯接(jie)起(qi)來。

靠背輪聯軸器可兼有補(bu)償兩軸之(zhi)間由于制造(zao)安(an)裝不精確、工作(zuo)時(shi)的變形(xing)或(huo)熱(re)膨脹等原因所發生的偏(pian)移(yi)（包括軸向偏(pian)移(yi)、徑向偏(pian)移(yi)、角(jiao)偏(pian)移(yi)或(huo)綜合偏(pian)移(yi)）；以及緩和沖擊、吸振。

靠背輪為俗稱，專業(ye)叫法為聯軸器(qi)以及法蘭(lan)，用于機械設備的連(lian)接(jie)。
