
輪胎聯軸器采用輪胎(tai)體狀橡膠(jiao)元件,與(yu)兩個半聯(lian)(lian)經過螺栓聯(lian)(lian)接,實(shi)現扭矩傳遞(di)和(he)位移補(bu)償。橡膠(jiao)輪胎(tai)聯(lian)(lian)軸器具有較(jiao)高的(de)彈(dan)性(xing)性(xing)能,扭轉剛度小,減(jian)震能力強,軸向補(bu)償能力較(jiao)大,有良(liang)好的(de)阻(zu)尼性(xing)能。
彈(dan)性輪胎(tai)(tai)聯(lian)軸(zhou)器輪胎(tai)(tai)體是輪胎(tai)(tai)聯(lian)軸(zhou)器必要的(de)(de)(de)備件之一,相應的(de)(de)(de)分(fen)為UL、LA、LB輪胎(tai)(tai)體。輪胎(tai)(tai)式(shi)聯(lian)軸(zhou)器分(fen)為凸型(xing)和凹型(xing)兩(liang)大類,凸型(xing)又分(fen)為帶骨(gu)架整體式(shi)、無骨(gu)整體式(shi)和徑向切口式(shi)三種。輪胎(tai)(tai)環(huan)內側用硫(liu)化方法與(yu)鋼質(zhi)骨(gu)架粘(zhan)接(jie)成一體,骨(gu)架上的(de)(de)(de)螺栓(shuan)孔(kong)處(chu)焊有(you)螺母。裝配時(shi)用螺栓(shuan)與(yu)兩(liang)半聯(lian)軸(zhou)器的(de)(de)(de)凸緣(yuan)連接(jie),依靠擰(ning)緊螺栓(shuan)使(shi)輪胎(tai)(tai)與(yu)凸緣(yuan)端(duan)面之間產生的(de)(de)(de)摩擦力來傳(chuan)遞轉(zhuan)矩(ju),輪胎(tai)(tai)環(huan)工作(zuo)時(shi)發生扭轉(zhuan)剪切變(bian)形,故輪胎(tai)(tai)聯(lian)軸(zhou)器具(ju)有(you)很高的(de)(de)(de)彈(dan)性,補償兩(liang)軸(zhou)相對位移的(de)(de)(de)能(neng)力較大,并(bing)有(you)良好的(de)(de)(de)阻尼,而且結構簡單、不需潤(run)滑、裝拆和維護(hu)都比較方便。
輪胎式聯軸器缺點是承(cheng)載能力(li)不高、外(wai)形尺寸(cun)較大,隨著兩(liang)軸(zhou)(zhou)相(xiang)對(dui)扭轉(zhuan)角的(de)(de)增加使(shi)輪(lun)(lun)胎外(wai)形扭歪(wai),軸(zhou)(zhou)向(xiang)尺寸(cun)略(lve)有(you)減(jian)小(xiao),將在(zai)兩(liang)軸(zhou)(zhou)上(shang)產生(sheng)(sheng)較大的(de)(de)附加軸(zhou)(zhou)向(xiang)力(li),使(shi)軸(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)負(fu)載加大而降低壽命。輪(lun)(lun)胎聯軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)高速(su)運轉(zhuan)時(shi)(shi),輪(lun)(lun)胎外(wai)緣由于離心力(li)的(de)(de)作用而向(xiang)外(wai)擴(kuo)張,將進一步增大附加軸(zhou)(zhou)向(xiang)力(li)。為(wei)此,在(zai)安(an)裝聯軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)時(shi)(shi)應采(cai)取措(cuo)施,使(shi)輪(lun)(lun)胎中的(de)(de)應力(li)方(fang)向(xiang)與工(gong)(gong)作時(shi)(shi)產生(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)應力(li)方(fang)向(xiang)相(xiang)反,以抵消部(bu)分附加軸(zhou)(zhou)向(xiang)力(li),達(da)到改善聯軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)和兩(liang)軸(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)的(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)和條件。
輪胎式(shi)聯軸(zhou)(zhou)器由于種(zhong)種(zhong)原因使(shi)其質(zhi)心(xin)或慣(guan)性主(zhu)軸(zhou)(zhou)與其加轉(zhuan)軸(zhou)(zhou)線不(bu)重(zhong)合,在運轉(zhuan)時將產生不(bu)平衡(heng)離心(xin)慣(guan)性力(li)、離心(xin)慣(guan)性力(li)偶和動(dong)撓(nao)度(du)(振(zhen)型)的(de)(de)現象,稱為轉(zhuan)子的(de)(de)不(bu)平衡(heng)現象,這種(zhong)不(bu)平衡(heng)現象必然(ran)引起軸(zhou)(zhou)系的(de)(de)振(zhen)動(dong),從而影響機器的(de)(de)正(zheng)常工作和使(shi)用壽命,因而對其必須加以重(zhong)視。
The tyre coupling adopts tyre body-shaped rubber elements, which are connected with two semi-couplings through bolts to realize torque transmission and displacement compensation. Tyre coupling has high elastic performance, small torsional rigidity, strong damping capacity, large axial compensation capacity, and good damping performance.
