
輪胎聯軸器采(cai)用(yong)輪胎體狀橡膠(jiao)元件,與兩個半聯(lian)經過(guo)螺(luo)栓聯(lian)接(jie),實(shi)現扭(niu)矩傳遞(di)和位移補(bu)償。橡膠(jiao)輪胎聯(lian)軸器具(ju)有(you)較(jiao)高的彈性(xing)(xing)性(xing)(xing)能(neng)(neng),扭(niu)轉剛(gang)度小(xiao),減震(zhen)能(neng)(neng)力強,軸向補(bu)償能(neng)(neng)力較(jiao)大,有(you)良好(hao)的阻尼性(xing)(xing)能(neng)(neng)。
彈(dan)性(xing)(xing)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)胎聯(lian)(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)胎體(ti)(ti)是輪(lun)(lun)(lun)胎聯(lian)(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)必要(yao)的(de)(de)(de)備(bei)件之(zhi)一(yi),相應的(de)(de)(de)分為(wei)(wei)UL、LA、LB輪(lun)(lun)(lun)胎體(ti)(ti)。輪(lun)(lun)(lun)胎式聯(lian)(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)分為(wei)(wei)凸(tu)(tu)型(xing)和凹型(xing)兩(liang)大(da)類,凸(tu)(tu)型(xing)又分為(wei)(wei)帶骨(gu)(gu)架(jia)(jia)整(zheng)體(ti)(ti)式、無(wu)骨(gu)(gu)整(zheng)體(ti)(ti)式和徑向切口式三種。輪(lun)(lun)(lun)胎環內(nei)側用硫化方(fang)法與(yu)鋼質骨(gu)(gu)架(jia)(jia)粘接(jie)成一(yi)體(ti)(ti),骨(gu)(gu)架(jia)(jia)上的(de)(de)(de)螺(luo)栓(shuan)孔處焊有螺(luo)母。裝配時用螺(luo)栓(shuan)與(yu)兩(liang)半聯(lian)(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)的(de)(de)(de)凸(tu)(tu)緣連接(jie),依靠擰緊螺(luo)栓(shuan)使(shi)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)胎與(yu)凸(tu)(tu)緣端面(mian)之(zhi)間產生的(de)(de)(de)摩擦力來傳(chuan)遞轉(zhuan)矩,輪(lun)(lun)(lun)胎環工作時發生扭轉(zhuan)剪切變形,故輪(lun)(lun)(lun)胎聯(lian)(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)具有很高(gao)的(de)(de)(de)彈(dan)性(xing)(xing),補償兩(liang)軸(zhou)(zhou)相對位移(yi)的(de)(de)(de)能力較大(da),并有良(liang)好的(de)(de)(de)阻尼,而且(qie)結構(gou)簡單、不需潤滑、裝拆和維護都比較方(fang)便。
輪胎式聯軸器缺點是承(cheng)載(zai)能力不高、外形尺(chi)寸較大(da),隨(sui)著兩軸(zhou)相對扭轉角的(de)增(zeng)加(jia)使輪(lun)胎外形扭歪,軸(zhou)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)尺(chi)寸略有減(jian)小,將(jiang)在兩軸(zhou)上產生較大(da)的(de)附加(jia)軸(zhou)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)力,使軸(zhou)承(cheng)負載(zai)加(jia)大(da)而(er)降低壽命(ming)。輪(lun)胎聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)高速運轉時(shi),輪(lun)胎外緣(yuan)由于離心(xin)力的(de)作用而(er)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)外擴(kuo)張,將(jiang)進一步增(zeng)大(da)附加(jia)軸(zhou)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)力。為此,在安裝聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)時(shi)應(ying)采(cai)取措施(shi),使輪(lun)胎中的(de)應(ying)力方向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)與(yu)工作時(shi)產生的(de)應(ying)力方向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)相反,以抵消部分(fen)附加(jia)軸(zhou)向(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)力,達到改善(shan)聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)和兩軸(zhou)承(cheng)的(de)工和條(tiao)件。
輪胎式聯軸器由于種(zhong)種(zhong)原因(yin)使(shi)其質心或(huo)慣(guan)(guan)性主軸與其加(jia)轉(zhuan)軸線不重合,在運(yun)轉(zhuan)時將產生不平衡離心慣(guan)(guan)性力、離心慣(guan)(guan)性力偶和(he)動撓度(振型)的現(xian)象,稱(cheng)為(wei)轉(zhuan)子(zi)的不平衡現(xian)象,這種(zhong)不平衡現(xian)象必然(ran)引(yin)起軸系的振動,從而影(ying)響機器的正常工作和(he)使(shi)用壽命,因(yin)而對其必須加(jia)以重視。
The tyre coupling adopts tyre body-shaped rubber elements, which are connected with two semi-couplings through bolts to realize torque transmission and displacement compensation.
