
輪胎聯軸器采用輪(lun)胎(tai)體狀橡膠元件,與兩個半聯經過螺栓聯接(jie),實現扭矩傳遞和位移補償。橡膠輪(lun)胎(tai)聯軸器具有較(jiao)高的彈性性能(neng),扭轉(zhuan)剛(gang)度(du)小(xiao),減震能(neng)力強,軸向補償能(neng)力較(jiao)大,有良(liang)好的阻尼性能(neng)。
彈性輪(lun)胎(tai)聯(lian)軸器(qi)輪(lun)胎(tai)體(ti)是輪(lun)胎(tai)聯(lian)軸器(qi)必要(yao)的(de)備件之一(yi),相(xiang)應的(de)分為UL、LA、LB輪(lun)胎(tai)體(ti)。輪(lun)胎(tai)式聯(lian)軸器(qi)分為凸型和(he)凹型兩大(da)類,凸型又分為帶骨架整體(ti)式、無骨整體(ti)式和(he)徑向切口式三種。輪(lun)胎(tai)環內(nei)側用硫化方法(fa)與鋼質骨架粘(zhan)接(jie)成一(yi)體(ti),骨架上的(de)螺(luo)(luo)栓孔處焊有(you)螺(luo)(luo)母。裝配時用螺(luo)(luo)栓與兩半聯(lian)軸器(qi)的(de)凸緣連接(jie),依(yi)靠擰緊螺(luo)(luo)栓使輪(lun)胎(tai)與凸緣端面(mian)之間產生(sheng)的(de)摩(mo)擦力來傳遞轉矩,輪(lun)胎(tai)環工作時發生(sheng)扭轉剪切變形,故輪(lun)胎(tai)聯(lian)軸器(qi)具有(you)很(hen)高(gao)的(de)彈性,補償兩軸相(xiang)對位(wei)移的(de)能力較大(da),并(bing)有(you)良好(hao)的(de)阻尼,而且(qie)結構簡(jian)單、不需潤滑、裝拆和(he)維護都比較方便。
輪胎式聯軸器缺點是承載能力(li)(li)不(bu)高、外(wai)形尺寸較大(da),隨著兩(liang)(liang)(liang)軸(zhou)相對(dui)扭轉角的增(zeng)加使(shi)輪(lun)胎(tai)(tai)(tai)外(wai)形扭歪,軸(zhou)向尺寸略有減小,將在(zai)兩(liang)(liang)(liang)軸(zhou)上產(chan)生較大(da)的附(fu)加軸(zhou)向力(li)(li),使(shi)軸(zhou)承負載加大(da)而降(jiang)低壽命。輪(lun)胎(tai)(tai)(tai)聯(lian)(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器高速運轉時,輪(lun)胎(tai)(tai)(tai)外(wai)緣由于離心力(li)(li)的作用(yong)而向外(wai)擴張(zhang),將進一步增(zeng)大(da)附(fu)加軸(zhou)向力(li)(li)。為此(ci),在(zai)安裝聯(lian)(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器時應(ying)采取措施,使(shi)輪(lun)胎(tai)(tai)(tai)中的應(ying)力(li)(li)方(fang)向與工(gong)作時產(chan)生的應(ying)力(li)(li)方(fang)向相反,以抵消部分(fen)附(fu)加軸(zhou)向力(li)(li),達到改善(shan)聯(lian)(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器和(he)兩(liang)(liang)(liang)軸(zhou)承的工(gong)和(he)條件。
輪胎式聯軸器由于種(zhong)(zhong)種(zhong)(zhong)原(yuan)因使其(qi)質心(xin)或慣性主軸與其(qi)加轉軸線不重合,在運轉時將產生不平衡(heng)離心(xin)慣性力、離心(xin)慣性力偶(ou)和動撓度(du)(振(zhen)型)的現象(xiang),稱為轉子的不平衡(heng)現象(xiang),這種(zhong)(zhong)不平衡(heng)現象(xiang)必然引起(qi)軸系(xi)的振(zhen)動,從而(er)影(ying)響機器的正常(chang)工作和使用(yong)壽命,因而(er)對(dui)其(qi)必須(xu)加以重視(shi)。

凸(tu)緣(yuan)聯(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)屬(shu)于(yu)剛性(xing)聯(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi),是(shi)把兩(liang)個帶有(you)(you)凸(tu)緣(yuan)的(de)(de)半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)聯(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)用(yong)普通平鍵分(fen)別與兩(liang)軸(zhou)(zhou)連(lian)接(jie),然后用(yong)螺(luo)(luo)栓(shuan)(shuan)把兩(liang)個半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)聯(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)連(lian)成(cheng)一體(ti),以(yi)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)遞(di)(di)運動(dong)和轉(zhuan)矩。這種(zhong)聯(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)有(you)(you)兩(liang)種(zhong)主(zhu)要(yao)的(de)(de)結(jie)構(gou)形式:靠(kao)鉸制孔(kong)用(yong)螺(luo)(luo)栓(shuan)(shuan)來實(shi)現兩(liang)軸(zhou)(zhou)對(dui)(dui)中和靠(kao)螺(luo)(luo)栓(shuan)(shuan)桿(gan)承受擠壓(ya)與剪切來傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)遞(di)(di)轉(zhuan)矩;靠(kao)一個半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)聯(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)上的(de)(de)凸(tu)肩(jian)與另一個半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)聯(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)上的(de)(de)凹(ao)槽相配合而對(dui)(dui)中。連(lian)接(jie)兩(liang)個半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)聯(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)的(de)(de)螺(luo)(luo)栓(shuan)(shuan)可以(yi)采(cai)用(yong)A級和B級的(de)(de)普通螺(luo)(luo)栓(shuan)(shuan),轉(zhuan)矩靠(kao)兩(liang)個半(ban)(ban)(ban)(ban)聯(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)結(jie)合面的(de)(de)摩擦力矩來傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)遞(di)(di)。凸(tu)緣(yuan)聯(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)結(jie)構(gou)簡單,制造方便,成(cheng)本較(jiao)(jiao)低(di),工作可靠(kao),裝拆、維護均較(jiao)(jiao)簡便,傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)遞(di)(di)轉(zhuan)矩較(jiao)(jiao)大,能保證兩(liang)軸(zhou)(zhou)具有(you)(you)較(jiao)(jiao)高的(de)(de)對(dui)(dui)中精度(du),一般常用(yong)于(yu)載荷平穩,高速或(huo)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)精度(du)要(yao)求較(jiao)(jiao)高的(de)(de)軸(zhou)(zhou)系傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)。凸(tu)緣(yuan)聯(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)不具備徑(jing)向(xiang)(xiang)、軸(zhou)(zhou)向(xiang)(xiang)和角向(xiang)(xiang)補償。剛性(xing)聯(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)是(shi)一種(zhong)扭轉(zhuan)剛性(xing)的(de)(de)聯(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi),即(ji)使承受負(fu)載時也無任(ren)何回轉(zhuan)間隙,即(ji)便是(shi)有(you)(you)偏差(cha)產生負(fu)荷時,剛性(xing)聯(lian)(lian)(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)還是(shi)剛性(xing)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)遞(di)(di)扭矩。
