SWC十字(zi)萬(wan)向(xiang)聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)采用(yong)(yong)整體式叉頭布(bu)局(ju)，主(zhu)要用(yong)(yong)于軋鋼機(ji)(ji)械，起(qi)重運(yun)(yun)輸機(ji)(ji)械等其他重型裝備領域，回轉(zhuan)直徑可到1600mm，扭矩傳遞(di)距離可達(da)30m以上(shang)，是(shi)運(yun)(yun)用(yong)(yong)相(xiang)當廣(guang)泛的萬(wan)向(xiang)聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接的機泵(beng)在安裝過程(cheng)中都不可避免地要(yao)進行(xing)(xing)同軸(zhou)度的調整，使(shi)對輪既同心又平行(xing)(xing)，否則將影響機泵(beng)使(shi)用(yong)效(xiao)率或造成設(she)備運行(xing)(xing)事故。

靠背輪聯軸器用來將(jiang)不(bu)同機(ji)(ji)構中的主動軸和從動軸牢固(gu)地聯(lian)接起來一(yi)同旋轉，并傳遞運(yun)動和扭矩的機(ji)(ji)械部(bu)件。有時也用以(yi)聯(lian)接軸與其他(ta)零件（如(ru)齒輪(lun)、帶輪(lun)等）。

靠背輪(lun)常由(you)兩(liang)半(ban)合成(cheng)，分別(bie)用鍵或緊配(pei)合等聯(lian)(lian)接(jie)，緊固在兩(liang)軸端(duan)，再通(tong)過某(mou)種(zhong)方式將(jiang)兩(liang)半(ban)聯(lian)(lian)接(jie)起(qi)來。
