伺服電機(ji)聯軸器，因其(qi)使用場(chang)合的(de)(de)精(jing)密性(xing)(xing)，必須具備特殊(shu)的(de)(de)性(xing)(xing)能：零間隙：聯軸器整體在(zai)傳動過程(cheng)中(zhong)不(bu)允許(xu)有(you)間隙，包括正向間隙以及回程(cheng)間隙；高剛性(xing)(xing)：即不(bu)允許(xu)出現傳動的(de)(de)遲滯性(xing)(xing)，否則將(jiang)嚴重(zhong)影(ying)響伺服馬(ma)(ma)達傳動的(de)(de)精(jing)度；低(di)(di)慣(guan)量：在(zai)保證(zheng)傳動強度的(de)(de)基礎之上，應(ying)盡可能降低(di)(di)伺服馬(ma)(ma)達聯軸器的(de)(de)重(zhong)量；柔性(xing)(xing)：精(jing)密的(de)(de)伺服聯軸器，不(bu)僅(jin)要求(qiu)剛性(xing)(xing)高，同(tong)時(shi)需要吸收安裝過程(cheng)中(zhong)產生(sheng)的(de)(de)軸與軸之間的(de)(de)偏(pian)差；其(qi)他性(xing)(xing)能：耐熱性(xing)(xing)、動平(ping)衡性(xing)(xing)等。

風機聯軸器是電機與(yu)風機連(lian)接(jie)的聯(lian)軸(zhou)器。它可(ke)以將不同(tong)機構中的主動軸(zhou)和從動軸(zhou)牢牢地緊密連(lian)接(jie)在(zai)一(yi)起，以此達到(dao)一(yi)同(tong)旋轉的目的，并(bing)傳遞運動機械零件(jian)，有時也用(yong)以聯(lian)接(jie)軸(zhou)與(yu)其他零件(jian)。

風機聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)具(ju)(ju)有減速(su)、增速(su)、變(bian)向和換向等動(dong)作以及緩(huan)和沖(chong)擊、吸振(zhen)的作用。聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)可分(fen)為(wei)剛性(xing)聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)和撓性(xing)聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)兩(liang)大類(lei)。前者不具(ju)(ju)有緩(huan)沖(chong)性(xing)和補償兩(liang)軸(zhou)線相對位移的能力，但(dan)結構簡單，制造成本較低(di)，裝拆、維護(hu)方(fang)便。
