The plum-shaped flexible coupling is composed of two semi-couplings with convex claws and a plum-shaped flexible non-metallic element whose hardness can be adjusted. By embedding the plum-shaped flexible element into the two semi-couplings to realize the connection, plum couplings has the characteristics of compensating the relative displacement of the two axes, reducing vibration and buffering, simple structure and easy maintenance without lubrication.

彈(dan)性柱(zhu)銷(xiao)(xiao)聯軸器是一種結構(gou)簡(jian)單制造容易，無(wu)需潤滑(hua)，裝(zhuang)拆彈(dan)性柱(zhu)銷(xiao)(xiao)便捷(jie)的傳動基礎件(jian)，利用兩個帶法蘭孔的半聯和置于起重(zhong)的非金屬彈(dan)性柱(zhu)銷(xiao)(xiao)來傳遞扭矩，適(shi)用于中低(di)速(su)和中低(di)扭矩場合。

彈(dan)性(xing)套柱銷(xiao)(xiao)聯(lian)軸器設(she)計(ji)簡單(dan)巧妙，適用性(xing)較廣的聯(lian)軸器，利用帶彈(dan)性(xing)套的柱銷(xiao)(xiao)聯(lian)接(jie)兩個帶銷(xiao)(xiao)孔的半(ban)聯(lian)，實現扭矩傳(chuan)遞的同(tong)時兼具較大的角向補償，同(tong)時減(jian)震(zhen)緩(huan)沖性(xing)能良好，可(ke)以用在速度較快的場合，無需潤滑，銷(xiao)(xiao)套更換(huan)便捷。

The pin gear coupling is designed with non-metallic flexible pin, two toothed semi-couplings and a toothed sleeve ring with an outer ring. It uses non-metallic flexible deformation to transfer torque and cushion shock and compensate angular displacement. The flexible pin coupling is a basic transmission parts that has simple structure, needs no lubrication, and is easy to manufacture, install and disassemble the flexible pin. It uses two semi-couplings with flange holes and a non-metallic flexible pin for crane to transmit torque, suitable for low-to-medium speed and low-to-medium torque occasions. The design of the elastic sleeve pin coupling is simple and clever in design and has wide applicability. It uses the pin with elastic sleeve to connect two semi-couplings with pin holes to realize torque transmission and larger angular compensation. At the same time, Pin and bush couplings has good shock absorption and buffering performance, which can be used in high-speed occasions without lubrication and requiring easy pin sleeve replacement.

對輪聯(lian)(lian)軸器在(zai)工作過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)，并(bing)且會帶來燃(ran)油消耗空(kong)氣污染等后果，由于承受(shou)咬入(ru)沖擊動載(zai)(zai)荷，使得聯(lian)(lian)軸器受(shou)到峰值(zhi)轉矩，聯(lian)(lian)軸器承載(zai)(zai)能力下降，并(bing)在(zai)短時間(jian)內失(shi)效，從(cong)而直接影(ying)響其(qi)正常(chang)工作，其(qi)中(zhong)的較薄弱(ruo)環節進行替換或(huo)維修(xiu)是(shi)重(zhong)要和(he)(he)實用(yong)的。聯(lian)(lian)軸器兩軸相(xiang)對半徑變(bian)位要求較好，找(zhao)耦合同心(xin)度為0.2~0.6mm，存(cun)在(zai)很大(da)困(kun)難。如(ru)果在(zai)駕駛過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)螺栓(shuan)松動，泵裝置(zhi)的振動和(he)(he)噪(zao)音可能會變(bian)大(da)。
