萬向聯軸器采用十字軸承聯接兩端聯接法蘭，可以傳遞完全不在同一軸線的扭矩，對角向的補償可達25?以上，采用花鍵聯接可以大距離地補償軸向位移。萬向軸承載能力高，傳動效率優異，在現代工(gong)業領域被廣泛采用(yong)。

SWP十(shi)字萬向(xiang)聯軸(zhou)器(qi)采用剖分式叉(cha)頭布局(ju)，與SWC十(shi)字萬向(xiang)聯軸(zhou)器(qi)使用的場合(he)相(xiang)近(jin)，主要運用在(zai)重(zhong)載大型裝備領(ling)域，回(hui)轉直(zhi)徑可達1200mm。

SWC十(shi)字萬向聯(lian)軸(zhou)器采(cai)用整(zheng)體式叉頭布局，主要用于(yu)軋鋼機械，起重運輸機械等其他(ta)重型(xing)裝備領域(yu)，回轉直(zhi)徑(jing)可到1600mm，扭矩傳遞距離可達(da)30m以上，是運用相當廣泛(fan)的萬向聯(lian)軸(zhou)器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接的(de)機泵在安裝過程中都(dou)不可避免(mian)地要(yao)進行同軸度(du)的(de)調(diao)整，使對輪(lun)既同心又平行，否(fou)則將影響機泵使用效率或造成設備(bei)運行事故(gu)。

靠背輪聯軸器用來將不同機(ji)構(gou)中的主動軸(zhou)和從動軸(zhou)牢固地聯接起來一(yi)同旋轉，并傳遞運(yun)動和扭(niu)矩的機(ji)械部件(jian)(jian)。有時(shi)也用以聯接軸(zhou)與其他零件(jian)(jian)（如(ru)齒輪、帶輪等(deng)）。

靠背輪常由兩(liang)半合成，分別用鍵或(huo)緊(jin)配合等聯(lian)接，緊(jin)固(gu)在兩(liang)軸端，再通過某種方式將兩(liang)半聯(lian)接起(qi)來。
