SWP十字萬向聯軸器(qi)采用剖(pou)分式叉頭(tou)布局(ju)，與SWC十字萬向聯軸器(qi)使用的(de)場合相(xiang)近，主(zhu)要運(yun)用在(zai)重(zhong)載大(da)型(xing)裝備領域，回轉直徑可達1200mm。

SWC十字(zi)萬向聯(lian)軸(zhou)器采用(yong)整體式叉頭布局，主要用(yong)于軋(ya)鋼機(ji)械，起重(zhong)(zhong)運(yun)輸機(ji)械等其他重(zhong)(zhong)型裝備領(ling)域，回(hui)轉直徑可(ke)到1600mm，扭矩(ju)傳(chuan)遞距離可(ke)達(da)30m以上，是運(yun)用(yong)相當廣(guang)泛的萬向聯(lian)軸(zhou)器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接的機泵在(zai)安裝過程中都不(bu)可避免地要進行(xing)同軸(zhou)度的調整，使(shi)對輪既同心又平行(xing)，否(fou)則將影響(xiang)機泵使(shi)用效率或造成設備運行(xing)事(shi)故。

風機聯軸器是電機與風機連接(jie)的(de)聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)。它(ta)可(ke)以(yi)(yi)將不同(tong)機構中的(de)主動軸(zhou)(zhou)和從動軸(zhou)(zhou)牢(lao)牢(lao)地緊密連接(jie)在一(yi)起，以(yi)(yi)此達到(dao)一(yi)同(tong)旋轉的(de)目的(de)，并傳(chuan)遞運動機械零(ling)件，有(you)時也用(yong)以(yi)(yi)聯(lian)接(jie)軸(zhou)(zhou)與其他零(ling)件。

風機(ji)聯軸(zhou)器(qi)具有(you)減速(su)、增速(su)、變向和(he)(he)換(huan)向等(deng)動作以及緩(huan)和(he)(he)沖擊(ji)、吸(xi)振的(de)作用。聯軸(zhou)器(qi)可分(fen)為剛性(xing)聯軸(zhou)器(qi)和(he)(he)撓性(xing)聯軸(zhou)器(qi)兩大類。前(qian)者不具有(you)緩(huan)沖性(xing)和(he)(he)補償兩軸(zhou)線相對位移的(de)能力(li)，但(dan)結構簡單(dan)，制造成本較(jiao)低，裝拆、維(wei)護方便。

靠背輪聯軸器用來將不同機構中的(de)(de)主動(dong)軸和從動(dong)軸牢固(gu)地聯(lian)接(jie)起來一同旋轉，并傳遞運動(dong)和扭(niu)矩的(de)(de)機械部件。有時也用以聯(lian)接(jie)軸與其他零件（如齒輪(lun)、帶輪(lun)等）。

靠背輪常由兩(liang)半合成，分(fen)別用鍵或緊配合等(deng)聯接(jie)，緊固在兩(liang)軸端，再通過(guo)某(mou)種方(fang)式將兩(liang)半聯接(jie)起來。

靠(kao)背輪聯軸(zhou)器可兼有(you)補償兩軸(zhou)之(zhi)間(jian)由于制造(zao)安(an)裝不精確(que)、工作(zuo)時的變形(xing)或(huo)熱膨脹等原因所發生的偏(pian)(pian)移(yi)（包括軸(zhou)向(xiang)偏(pian)(pian)移(yi)、徑向(xiang)偏(pian)(pian)移(yi)、角偏(pian)(pian)移(yi)或(huo)綜合偏(pian)(pian)移(yi)）；以及(ji)緩和沖擊(ji)、吸振(zhen)。
