伺服(fu)電機(ji)聯軸(zhou)(zhou)器，因其使(shi)用(yong)場(chang)合的精密(mi)性，必(bi)須具備特殊的性能：零間(jian)(jian)隙：聯軸(zhou)(zhou)器整體在(zai)傳(chuan)動(dong)(dong)過程中(zhong)不(bu)允(yun)許(xu)(xu)有(you)間(jian)(jian)隙，包括正向間(jian)(jian)隙以及(ji)回程間(jian)(jian)隙；高剛性：即不(bu)允(yun)許(xu)(xu)出現(xian)傳(chuan)動(dong)(dong)的遲滯性，否則將嚴重影(ying)響伺服(fu)馬(ma)達(da)(da)傳(chuan)動(dong)(dong)的精度；低慣量：在(zai)保(bao)證傳(chuan)動(dong)(dong)強度的基礎(chu)之(zhi)上，應盡可能降低伺服(fu)馬(ma)達(da)(da)聯軸(zhou)(zhou)器的重量；柔性：精密(mi)的伺服(fu)聯軸(zhou)(zhou)器，不(bu)僅(jin)要求剛性高，同時需要吸收安裝過程中(zhong)產生(sheng)的軸(zhou)(zhou)與(yu)軸(zhou)(zhou)之(zhi)間(jian)(jian)的偏差；其他性能：耐熱性、動(dong)(dong)平衡性等。
