SWP十字萬向聯軸器采用(yong)剖(pou)分式叉頭布局，與SWC十字萬向聯軸器使(shi)用(yong)的場合相近，主要運用(yong)在重載大型裝備領域，回轉(zhuan)直徑可達1200mm。

SWC十字萬向聯(lian)(lian)軸器(qi)采用(yong)(yong)整(zheng)體式(shi)叉頭布局，主要用(yong)(yong)于軋鋼機(ji)械，起重(zhong)運輸機(ji)械等其(qi)他重(zhong)型裝備領域(yu)，回轉直(zhi)徑可(ke)到1600mm，扭(niu)矩傳遞距離可(ke)達30m以上，是運用(yong)(yong)相當(dang)廣泛的萬向聯(lian)(lian)軸器(qi)。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯(lian)接(jie)的機(ji)泵在安裝過程中都(dou)不可(ke)避免地要進(jin)行同(tong)軸度的調(diao)整(zheng)，使對輪既(ji)同(tong)心又平行，否則將影(ying)響機(ji)泵使用效率或(huo)造成設備運行事故(gu)。

風機聯軸器是電機(ji)與(yu)風機(ji)連(lian)接的聯軸器。它可以將不同機(ji)構中的主動軸和從動軸牢牢地緊密(mi)連(lian)接在一(yi)起，以此達(da)到一(yi)同旋轉的目的，并(bing)傳遞(di)運動機(ji)械零件，有時也用以聯接軸與(yu)其他(ta)零件。

靠背輪聯軸器用來將不同(tong)(tong)機構中的主(zhu)動(dong)軸(zhou)和從(cong)動(dong)軸(zhou)牢(lao)固地(di)聯接起來一同(tong)(tong)旋轉，并(bing)傳(chuan)遞運動(dong)和扭矩的機械部件。有時也用以聯接軸(zhou)與其(qi)他零件（如齒輪(lun)、帶輪(lun)等）。

靠背輪常(chang)由兩(liang)半合成(cheng)，分別用鍵或(huo)緊配(pei)合等聯接，緊固在兩(liang)軸端，再通過某種方式將兩(liang)半聯接起來(lai)。

靠(kao)背輪聯軸器可兼有補償兩軸之間由于制(zhi)造安裝(zhuang)不(bu)精確、工作時的變形或熱膨脹等原(yuan)因所發生的偏(pian)移（包(bao)括(kuo)軸向偏(pian)移、徑向偏(pian)移、角(jiao)偏(pian)移或綜合偏(pian)移）；以及緩和沖擊、吸振。
