萬向聯軸器采用十字軸承聯接兩端聯接法蘭，可以傳遞完全不在同一軸線的扭矩，對角向的補償可達25?以上，采用花鍵聯接可以大距離地補償軸向位移。萬向軸承載能力高，傳動效率(lv)優(you)異，在(zai)現代工業領域被廣(guang)泛采用。

SWP十字(zi)(zi)萬向聯軸器采用(yong)剖分式叉(cha)頭布局，與SWC十字(zi)(zi)萬向聯軸器使用(yong)的場合相近，主要運用(yong)在重載大型裝(zhuang)備(bei)領域，回(hui)轉(zhuan)直徑可達1200mm。

SWC十(shi)字萬向聯軸(zhou)器采用(yong)整體式叉(cha)頭布(bu)局，主要用(yong)于軋鋼機械(xie)，起重(zhong)(zhong)運(yun)輸機械(xie)等其他重(zhong)(zhong)型(xing)裝備(bei)領域，回轉(zhuan)直徑可(ke)到1600mm，扭矩(ju)傳遞距離可(ke)達30m以上，是運(yun)用(yong)相當廣泛的萬向聯軸(zhou)器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接的(de)機(ji)(ji)泵(beng)在安裝過程中都不(bu)可避免地(di)要進行(xing)同軸度的(de)調整(zheng)，使(shi)對(dui)輪(lun)既同心又平(ping)行(xing)，否(fou)則將影響機(ji)(ji)泵(beng)使(shi)用效率或造(zao)成(cheng)設備運行(xing)事故。

靠背輪聯軸器用(yong)來將不同機(ji)構中的主動軸(zhou)和從動軸(zhou)牢固地聯(lian)接起來一同旋轉，并傳遞運動和扭矩的機(ji)械(xie)部件(jian)。有時也用(yong)以聯(lian)接軸(zhou)與其他零件(jian)（如齒(chi)輪、帶輪等）。

靠背(bei)輪常由(you)兩半(ban)合成，分別用(yong)鍵或(huo)緊配合等(deng)聯接，緊固在兩軸(zhou)端，再(zai)通過某種方式將兩半(ban)聯接起來。
