SWP十字萬向聯軸器(qi)(qi)采用剖分式叉頭(tou)布局(ju)，與SWC十字萬向聯軸器(qi)(qi)使用的場合相近，主要運用在重載大型裝(zhuang)備領域，回轉直(zhi)徑(jing)可達1200mm。

SWC十(shi)字萬向(xiang)聯(lian)軸(zhou)器采用整體式叉頭布局(ju)，主要用于軋鋼機(ji)械，起重運(yun)輸機(ji)械等(deng)其他重型裝(zhuang)備領域，回轉直徑可到(dao)1600mm，扭矩傳遞距離(li)可達30m以上(shang)，是運(yun)用相當廣泛的萬向(xiang)聯(lian)軸(zhou)器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯(lian)接的機泵在安裝過程(cheng)中都不可避免地要進行同軸度的調整，使對輪(lun)既同心又(you)平行，否則將(jiang)影響機泵使用效率或造成(cheng)設備運行事故。
