對輪聯軸器(qi)在工作(zuo)過程(cheng)(cheng)中(zhong)，并(bing)且會帶來燃油消耗(hao)空氣污染等后(hou)果(guo)，由(you)于(yu)承受咬(yao)入(ru)沖擊動(dong)(dong)載(zai)荷，使得(de)聯軸器(qi)受到峰值(zhi)轉(zhuan)矩，聯軸器(qi)承載(zai)能(neng)力下降，并(bing)在短(duan)時間內失效(xiao)，從(cong)而(er)直接(jie)影響其正(zheng)常工作(zuo)，其中(zhong)的較(jiao)薄弱環(huan)節進行替(ti)換或維修是重要(yao)(yao)和實用的。聯軸器(qi)兩軸相對半徑(jing)變位要(yao)(yao)求較(jiao)好，找耦合同(tong)心度為0.2~0.6mm，存(cun)在很大困(kun)難。如(ru)果(guo)在駕駛過程(cheng)(cheng)中(zhong)螺(luo)栓松動(dong)(dong)，泵(beng)裝置的振動(dong)(dong)和噪音可能(neng)會變大。
